Stayed Mar 3, 2022PROS: We loved the lanai overlooking the golf course as we watched the golfers each morning. The king size bed was VERY comfortable, however if you have knee or hip problems (luckily we do not), you will want to bring a step stool to get on the bed....34 inches high! Cons: We learned to run the dishwasher as we were leaving the unit as it was so loud (old) you could not hear the tv, but it did clean the dishes well! Unlike all other condos we have stayed in, there was so much stuff in the kitchen cabinets, there was no room for the few groceries we brought in. The bi-fold door slates fell out each time we opened the door, Hubby did try a temporary fix as he was afraid it would get worse. (We did report that when we left and they seemed to know about it, but just hadn't fixed it yet.) Wow....I did not mean to sound so negative as we very much enjoyed Ocean Village. The problems I mentioned are easily fixed. This condo is in a great location and we loved the easy access to all the amenities that OV has to offer.

Stayed Feb 1, 2024Property needed some maintenance and update. Couch was not supported. Kitchen lights did not all light. Appliances were quite noisy. Apartment needs blackout curtains in bedroom as well as a ceiling fan. Bathroom tub constantly dripped water. Dishwasher wasn’t connected to countertop. Had maintenance person come and fix sweeky laundry closet door and kitchen lights. Screen on porch also needed fixing to keep bugs out. Despite problems discussed above, our stay was enjoyable.
