We brought our young children and allowing them to have their own room and bathroom was key! Short walks to the Aquarium, French Quarter, and very near to streetcar stops that can bring you out to the zoo/ Garden District or City Park. Place was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Check in and out was a breeze! Our only complaint was one of the mattresses was pretty stiff. Definitely would recommend!

Wonderful 5 days - the space and location were perfect for us - in the center of everything, but out of the French Quarter!

This was a great little condo for the 4 of us and it was nice to have the two full bathrooms. There wasn’t much lounge seating in the living room - the two chairs in the living room were purely decorative. Hosts neglected to tell us that there were places to stow our luggage prior to check-in time until after we had arrived (and everywhere was already booked up) so we had to drag our luggage with us for several hours. Location was great though - walking distance to French quarter but not too loud.

From our first contact with the property manager, Barbara, it was a great experience. The condo is close enough to the French Quarter for convenience, but far enough away for less people and quiet. The condo had everything we needed for two couples and was well stocked. We would definitely stay there again!

Two bedroom, and two bath apartment on 3rd floor with elevator in perfect location in New Orleans. Great quiet neighborhood off Canal St. super easy to catch a street car or walk to the French Quarter. Exactly what we were looking for and perfect for two couples. The apartment was very cutely decorated and the management company was very responsive to our requests and questions.

This was a very nice base of operations for our recent visit to New Orleans. It was clean and pleasant and was much more relaxing than having two separate hotel rooms for us and our friends. My only complaint is that, with all the added fees for cleaning etc., it ended up being much more expensive than the price advertised on the Vrbo page. But in fairness, those fees were disclosed well before I had to make the commitment. The owner provided plenty of timely and accurate communications.
