We celebrated Beachgiving here. :) The pool was heated so we were able to go in a bit, even in November. Definitely took advantage of the hot tubs! Bed was comfy and we felt at home. Our family had a wonderful holiday, we walked to the beach every day (My 8-year-old made the walk just fine), and hopefully we'll carry some of the beach warmth with us through Christmas!

Sandy and John were amazing. Very great in communication with us from the time of booking. Love the location to the beach. We also enjoyed playing a few rounds of golf!

The host was quick to respond when booking our last minute trip, thanks Sandy! The amenities are great, we really enjoyed the golf. This condo has everything you need for a beach getaway! Family of four.

We love the location of this condo! The beach chairs included were so nice, the condo was clean, and the check in/out process was easy. We really enjoyed our stay!

Really enjoyed our stay. Loved the amount of room that the condo had.Kitchen had all we needed.Only suggestions would be having plumber look at tub drain (very slow) and toilet (very weak pull).Again, we really enjoyed it!

The place was just as described. The location was perfect and the unit was very clean and comfortable. Owners had excellent communication and were very gracious in accommodating a late check out.

This is our 3rd time to stay for our girls trip! It has everything you need. Ms. Sandy is always available and makes sure you have everything you need. They are the best!

We had a great time. This condo is a gem. They had spices, coffee filters, soap, beach items to use. But the best part is that an umbrella and 2 beach chairs come with the rental. We will definitely let others know about this condo and will return. God willing.

The property was exactly as described & the hosts made sure everything was taken care of during our stay. The location was great for spending days at the beach and driving to local places.

It was amazing short stay. I wish we had more time. The condo is spacious and has all great quality necessities you will need as a guest. We had a great time and will be back. Its clean and welcoming.

Wonderful condo for a week by the beach!

We had a great time again in Destin. The condo is just perfect for us. We especially like the southern exposure so even the cooler temps are nice on the deck. We had everything we needed and more!

This was a great place to stay. Very clean, close to everything and quiet. We loved the big fluffy towels too! Nice touch! Kitchen was stocked well. Highly recommend!

The property is as shown in the pictures…cute place with all the things to have a great vacation. It is a few steps from one of the pools and is right on the first hole of golf. We drove across the street and parked for the beach. Our teens walked over but it was hot enough that my spouse and I decided to drive over. The grounds are very nice and everyone was very friendly. We plan to stay again!

We stayed here for a small family reunion. This condo comfortably fits my family of 4. They have lots of items for the beach cable tv where we were able to catch up on the Olympics during nap times. Plus a fully stocked kitchen where if you prefer, you can cook all of your meals. The condo was great and I highly recommend it. The only thing I would add is if you are traveling with young kids, just rent a car. Thanks John and Sandy!

My daughter, sister, niece and I had a getaway. We have stayed here the last two years and couldn't imagine a better stay anywhere.

My family and I loved staying at this property. Our condo was very welcoming and family friendly. The host Sandy was amazing from beginning to end! Would recommend this condo & host to anyone and would stay again!

Sandy was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! She wanted to make sure our stay was perfect in every way. If i had any issues or questions she said dont hesitate to contact her. Having beach service with condo was definitely a plus not having to pack chairs and umbrella. We enjoyed our stay and we couldnt have asked for better weather.
