    We had a great vacation experience in this direct ocean front condominium. It was exactly as the photos show and very comfortable. The owner was extremely responsive to our every need via the phone or texting. Direct ocean front view allowed us to look all the way up and down the beach North and South from the balcony. The living room and both bedrooms all have doors leading out to the wide East facing balcony. The condo was updated recently and is beautiful and very clean. All the floors are tile as well as walls and showers in both baths. From the condo we could walk straight out onto the beach sand. From our balcony, we saw wind sailing, surfing, powered chutes, and even rocket contrails from a shot from Cape Canaveral. The WiFi worked perfectly and was ultra fast. There are lot's of dining options nearby including two very close pizza places, and places with outdoor dining and views of the ocean just up the road toward Flagler Beach. Nice parking garage. Traffic was sometimes heavy on A1A, so a few times we turned right instead of left and turned around in a parking lot. Publix is very close which made it easy to get food and cook in the condo. We had every cooking utensil we needed. We ate too well so we sometimes made use of the well equipped workout area downstairs. We thoroughly enjoyed staying in the condo and would rent again.

    A beautiful ocean front property with amazing views from the 9th floor. This condo has a very large balcony with sliding door access from every room. Property is very clean, nicely decorated and well kept. The building is very secure with direct access to the beach. The property includes some nice amenities and a great grocery store (Publix) within walking distance. The beach area is very private and enjoyable. The property is close to other places to explore (St. Augustine, Daytona boardwalk, and various other entertainment type locations). I would highly recommend this property if you are looking for a restful and relaxing time at the beach.
