Days on the mountain are made easy with Winter Park only 13 minutes from home. After skiing or hiking, enjoy a soak in the hot tub.
LIVING AREA
Relax in front of the electric fireplace and watch a movie on the smart TV in the main living area. Downstairs, you will find a full-size futon in a second living space complete with an additional TV - a great space for the kids to call their own.
KITCHEN & DINING
The completely renovated kitchen is equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances and ample counter space.
When it’s time to dine, the kitchen bar seats two and the table seats four.
BED & BATH
This home sleeps six guests between two bedrooms, and a full-size futon.
The primary bedroom is fitted with a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, while an adjacent bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.
A half bath adds convenience.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
Fire up the gas grill and dine alfresco on the mountain-view balcony. A covered patio offers another spot to unwind. After a fun-filled day, take a soak in the community hot tub.

Complimentary Wi-Fi, a private washer/dryer, and a full-size air mattress are provided.
Unassigned parking is available for two cars in the parking lot on a first-come, first-serve basis.
This condo has a two-story layout. The property does not have air-conditioning.
LOCATION
Skiing and snowboarding enthusiasts will appreciate the close proximity to Winter Park Resort (13 minutes) and Mary Jane (20 minutes). Hop on the complimentary shuttle to traverse town (the bus stop is a short walk).
Additional nearby attractions include Fraser Tubing Hill, Colorado Adventure Park, and the Idlewild Trails.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Found dirty dishes, broken and chipped dishes. Moldy food in the cabinet, no ice maker, only one TV not two as listed. Broken faucet, grill didn’t work, floors needed mopped. Disappointed in the cleaning and the lack of usable dishes and pots and pans and no coffee pot. Not impressed, will definitely make sure next time it is an individual we rent from not a corporate company.
Layout, space, massive decks!
Property location is close to many thing like grosery stores, rivers, Winter Park, 1 hour from Idaho springs etc. My family is looking forward to come back. Thanks to the property manager to be checking in us, even when we no longer need anything. The apartment has all what you need to spend a nice and relaxing time. Thanks!
