The Property:
This condo is brand new and available for its first rentals in February 2024. Everything is new, from the floors to the ceilings to the furniture, mattresses, and decor. This also includes the appliances, faucets, fixtures & lighting, as well as smaller but important items such as the linens, dishes and utensils. Relax in the private hot tub or enjoy the warmth of the fire. Stream your favorite content on the HDTV or bring your devices and connect via HDMI to make logging into your accounts easy. The kitchen features solid stone counters, stainless steel appliances, and is fully equipped for meal preparation. The dining table expands to seat 6 and also works well for cards or games. With the dining table right next to the kitchen bar, meal service and clean up couldn't be easier.
This condo has a bedding situation that is perfect for all sorts of group dynamics. There are two private bedrooms that are ideal for couples. The first bedroom has a King size bed and the second bedroom has a Queen size bed. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans, closets, additional clothing storage, large windows and smart TVs. The king bedroom has a private bathroom featuring a shower, and the second bathroom with the bathtub is adjacent to the Queen bedroom. An alcove that is also adjacent to the bedrooms provides a bonus space that has been equipped with a Twin over Twin bunk bed. Finally, the living room includes a King size platform sleeper sofa with a very comfy memory foam mattress.
Location:
This condo is located in the Meadow Ridge area of Fraser. This neighborhood has long been one of the best values in the Winter Park area, and includes a lot of older condos. This is a new condo in a new development, but it's still a great value. You'll be just up the hill from the Safeway and within easy walking distance (3-5 minutes) of one of The Lift bus stops (Meadow Ridge Court, #26, on the Purple Line,). Downtown is only 3 miles away and the Winter Park Resort is only 6 miles. Drive and park at either or use the convenient bus to cut down on gas costs.
Arrival, Accessibility, and Parking:
Once you book, we're here to support you. We will provide you with arrival instructions, and answer any specific questions you might have. Accessing this property does require stairs. It is a top floor condo, so there's no one above you, but it's only the second floor, which means you only have to go up one flight of stairs. Once you're inside, everything is on one level. Bonus - you can (and should) leave your heavy skis, snowboards, and bikes in the heated garage. The owners have thoughtfully equipped this space with racks as well as boot & glove dryers. Parking is provided for up to 2 vehicles, with one spot in the garage and another directly in front of it. Please note, trailers and RVs are not allowed. 4WD vehicle information: The roads which lead to and from this property are generally easy to navigate and well maintained. However, please note that your route to the area may include a mountain pass. When traveling during snow and winter weather conditions, 4 Wheel Drive or All Wheel Drive and tires with good tread are recommended. We'll provide you with resources for checking road and traffic conditions, as part of your arrival instructions.

** Pet Free - Pets AND Service Animals are NOT PERMITTED in the property or on the premises. This is a privately owned home and is a PET FREE property. Due to the existence of pet allergies, this home is marketed and maintained as free of pet hair and dander. Allowing pets or service animals would result in a fundamental alteration of the nature of the property, and may pose a direct threat to the health and safety of others. Therefore, in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Fair Housing Act, PETS AND/OR SERVICE ANIMALS are not permitted in the home or on the premises. There may be circumstances that create an exception to this policy, but only if the Guest provides advance notice of the presence of a service animal in writing before booking, and receives specific approval.
** Cleaning Fees & Lengthy Rental Periods - The standard cleaning fee quoted as part of any booking is for the final cleaning, which is to be performed after the rental period has ended. For guests who are booking a lengthy stay of more than one week, a mid stay-cleaning fee equal to the final cleaning fee may apply for the second week, third week, and so on. If you are booking for a lengthy stay, please contact us before booking online to discuss your group, your dates, the rates, the cleaning schedule, etc.
** High Occupancy Fees - Pricing may vary by group size, so please provide an accurate group size to avoid uncomfortable conversations or confusion.
** Security Camera Disclosure - Please note that security cameras may exist on the exterior of the property. Cameras are positioned to cover entrances and exits of the home, including the interior of any garage spaces. Cameras are present to ensure the property remains secure and safe, as well as to ensure that guests are honest and upfront about their planned use of the property. If you plan to bring more people than you've indicated, more dogs than indicated, to host a party or event, or do not intend to respect the value and quality of the property, then this is not the place for you, and you should not bother booking the property. For normal, respectful groups, we are sorry that these statements and measures are necessary. Security cameras are an example and demonstration that the property's owners are taking steps to ensure the home remains in good condition, for your benefit.
