One of SPC's most booked units! Poolfront! Brand NEW renovation!

Sometimes what you read isn’t what you get. However, these owners sure painted an exact portrait of what awesomeness you can expect. We have been to Destin and Fort Walton a few times, but this was our first outside of a hotel. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the pool life, the golf life, and an occasional military flight life. The easy stroll over to the beach is perfect. We took our wagon to carry over our beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, etc. It worked out great so we didn’t have to drive to the private beach. Matter of fact, the unit has all the beach equipment you could possibly need. We took a walk on the beach down to the Back Porch restaurant, thanks to one of the guests who had included that in their review. We hopped on the water taxi to the boardwalk downtown, which was so convenient. Also, we grabbed some lunch at Rick’s Sandtrap which was wonderful while we ate under our umbrella watching the waves roll in. This is just a great place to stay and the owner is very responsive to any questions or concerns. I just can’t say enough good things about the location, the unit, and all the provisions. Thank you!!!!!!

Loved being near the pool, but most of all near the private beach. Krispy Kreme Doughnuts, Walgreens, and Winn Dixie (grocery store). right across the street. Very good location. If you want your choice of spots on the beach you must get there early unless you want to rent chairs and umbrellas. (They put them up early all along the beach when we were there) Had a great time!!!

Great location directly in front of pool. Home was very clean and inviting. Only negative was the man cover in street (not on property)that is in need of repair by city as it thumped every time a car went by.

Conveniently located near restaurants, shopping and the beach! We had a wonderful time here and hope to return soon!

Great place to stay!

My family of 4 really enjoyed our stay at Marley's Place in SPC!! The unit was the perfect size and very tastefully decorated. The staff at SPC were very welcoming at check-in. They explained how to get to our unit and how the beach access worked. The staff at the Sand Flea restaurant & beach bar were very friendly and helpful as well as the beach rental staff. The unit was very clean and well stocked with all the basic needs and more! My kids couldn't believe how comfy the sofa sleeper was! Chris was very responsive to any and all questions I had and made the rental process easy! We will definitely rent again in the future!

Great place nice area

We LOVED staying in this property! There was plenty of beach things for us to use and plenty of dishes too! The convenience of the private beach access was enough to get me back here that was so nice!! The pool right outside our door was also amazing! THE OWNER'S ARE AMAZING!! anytime i reached out to Chris and Lindsey they got back to me immediately they were so helpful and kind! We will definitely be back!!

Great place for a couple.

The property was just as advertised. The layout and location were perfect, the view of the pool was awesome and the property was very clean and well appointed. Additionally, the host, Chris was very responsive and easy to work with. Would definitely stay there again!

This was my first time renting in Destin and we will be back soon for sure. Sand piper cove is a great place conveniently located in the middle of all the best activities and restaurants. The unit I rented was across the street from the beach but with the private parking and beach entrance it was never a hassle for the 3 minutes it took to get there. 10 out of 10 would stay there again.

We had a great time staying here! Definitely want to go back soon!

Marley’s Place is our favorite place to stay. We have stayed with Chris and Lindsey several times. The place is gorgeous, safe, well equipped, and in a great location. They are genuinely kind and helpful, always. You can’t go wrong with Marley’s Place.

We really needed a break, and time away from work. We truly enjoyed our stay and the convenience of everything. Chris was great to work with.

The stay was great. Communication was great with the host. I had Access to a private beach very close in proximity. Close to food, shopping and entertainment. The condo had all of the amenities that you will need for your stay. The only two cons was there was no in house washer & dry but the condo location had community ones. I would have also liked a more pillow top cushion for the bed.

Loved our stay at Sandpiper Cove ...this was our 7th yr staying in the community ! Plenty of room for my family of 4 nicely decorated and pool was right off the patio !

We very much enjoyed our time here. The condo was outfitted perfectly and the pool was very nice. Neighbors were friendly and most importantly pretty quiet. We would recommend staying here to our friends and family. Thank you

Place was great. Just as advertised. Walk out back door straight to pool and short walk to beach. Owners were quick to communicate when we had a question. Hopefully be able to stay again in the future
