The owner is awesome.We forgot something and he offered to mail it to us. Wonderful place . This was our 3rd time staying here and we will return.

The condo was clean and Bob was a pleasure to work with. The building is well-cared for and we had a wonderful view of the ocean. We have stayed in this building before with a larger group and would definitely return to this unit if we have a smaller group in the future.

I have a bad back and the beds were very hard for me to sleep so that was very painful. Everything else was very nice. The TV info was very difficult to follow but we finally got the hang of it.

We had a wonderful time. The condo was spacious and had everything we needed! The view was wonderful from the balcony.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo.. everything was spotless and the kitchen was stocked with all the amenities you would need. The views from the balcony were amazing.. we watched the dolphins swim by daily. There were beach chairs and toys for the kids to enjoy. We have been coming to the Myrtle Beach area for over 20 years and this was definitely one of the best condos and areas we have been to.

This is the 2nd year we’ve stayed in this unit and we love it. Clean and comfortable with a gorgeous view. Looking forward to booking next year.

We so enjoyed our stay here! The view is beautiful. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. We needed a second parking pass and Bob was there within the hour. This was our third stay at One Ocean Place. We will be back! Highly recommend.

Spent a beautiful relaxing week in sunny Surfside Beach enjoying the wonderfully appointed condo. Host was extremely responsive and helpful, and the rental was exactly as described: immaculate and comfortable. Literally the best VRBO experience yet!

Beautiful property in a great location. It was wonderful having my morning coffee on the balcony while watching the sun rise. I highly recommend this property.

We had a fantastic week. There were a lot of pizza related food prep items in the kitchen and not enough good pans for cooking eggs and such in.

This is our 15th year coming to the area and our first time staying at this condo and complex. It was a great stay. Everything was so easy and seamless. Bob was a great communicator and we had everything we needed to just arrive and start our vacation. The condo was perfect. Easy to get to, great location, nice and clean. The view was amazing from the balcony and this condo was perfect for our family of 5. We will for sure be back. We recommend going over to Murrell’s Inlet and eating at Bovine’s, going right down the road to Bubba’s Fish Shack and always have a night at Valentino’s on our list. We tried a new ice cream shop this year called Stella’s and it’s a new favorite for sure! Thanks again!! We loved every minute!!

This was our second time back at One Ocean Place but decided to go with a unit farther up from the pool as it does get loud. The tenth floor was perfect and so was this unit in every aspect. Bob offered more amenities and complementary items than any other rental we have stayed in (which is quite a bit!). He was patient and available with all of our questions. We highly recommend this gorgeous condo!

This unit was incredibly clean and had everything we could possibly need. I will definitely schedule here for future trips.
