ONE OCEAN PLACE -Garden City Beach-OCEAN FRONT CONDO-Newly Updated

This unit was really nice. We love staying at One Ocean Place with its close proximity to restaurants and entertainment.

Host was very accommodating and great communication. Condo was awesome with wonderful views. Will be returning.

Condo was very nice - love OOP! A rug in the bathroom would have been nice to have - don't love stepping out of shower onto tile floor

Stayed at this property repeatedly for the last six years...it never is disappointing! No Muss - No Fuss....Clean, well decorated, and well equipped. My husband and I booked this condo for a week to bring my mother back to the beach after her cancer treatment last year, along with two other family members, and we really enjoyed the stay! This was the nicest condo we have stayed at and loved the views and how bright and new everything looked. The location is great and it's quick to get to the Garden City pier either by car or a walk on the beach. A tropical storm from Hurricane Helene hit us late in the week, but it didn't last long and we were able to enjoy our last day and a half regardless. We would definitely recommend staying here!

4th visit to this unit. Love the layout and decor. . Comfortable and see no reason to go somewhere else. Owners are extremely responsive. Book next year as soon as we returned.

I just wanted to thank you both for allowing my family and I to stay in your beautiful condo. The view was fabulous and it was so nice and clean. The security measures and the use of the links to access amenities, made our stay even come comfortable. We also appreciated the quick responses to our questions. Our family visits the Garden City Beach/Murrells Inlet area a few times a year. This is our favorite property! We have stayed in several condos over the years, but returned to 703 the most. We have zero complaints! Everything from the decor, to the amenities (the Kuerig coffee maker is an awesome perk!), to the cleanliness of the condo, to the ease of check-in was perfect. We stayed two weeks this summer and had one minor issue with the air conditioning. Our hosts addressed it immediately and everything was fixed before we even left the beach for the day! Roger and Beth are wonderful owners, who are very responsive. We can’t wait to return to this condo again next year!

Love this property! We have been staying with my in laws at this property for years, however this year we rented our own unit and LOVED IT! Highly recommend!
