One mile to Cruz Bay, pool outside your door. Peaceful, comfortable, convenient.

Cute little condo, located close to Cruz Bay and easy drive to the north shore beaches. Condo has a great pool that we actually used almost everyday. The king bed was very comfortable and the condo had all the pots, pans, utensils needed for cooking meals. We really enjoyed our time there and would definitely rent this condo again!

Great location close to Cruz Bay !! The property was just as advertised with all the right amenities we needed for the week ! Was nice having the pool right outside our door and the deck offered some nice views ! Communication with the host and greeters was awesome ! One note, we definitely recommend having a Jeep or similar to get to the property ! We really enjoyed our stay here and wouldn’t hesitate to book again in the future. Thanks !

Coming back to St. John where we were married to renew our wedding vows, we knew we wanted a private but convenient location and we enjoy being off the beaten path. We stayed in Coral Bay previously, but decided to stay on the Cruz Bay side of the island for this trip. Kachi Ra did not disappoint! Just a quick drive from downtown Cruz Bay, but feels miles away from everything. Beautiful location on a hillside, with stunning ocean and island views from both the condo, back patio, and the pool. Lush tropical landscaping and flowers, many varieties of lizards, giant land crabs toting their spiral shell homes, birds, and even the occasional large iguana on the grounds! Falling asleep to the sound of the singing frogs every night was unforgettable, as was waking up to the native (wild) roosters and singing birds every morning. Visiting in the off-season, we knew there was a chance of weather, and tropical storm/hurricane Ernesto arrived during our week. Our hosts kept us updated on the forecasts, and we opted to stay on island and ride it out, although we had trip insurance (highly recommended) in case of a need to leave. We spent two days with no power or running water, with the storm shutters down, but our hosts made it as easy and painless as possible, giving us provisions and instructions. My family of 5 (kids ages 14, 16, 18) loved this house. It was a short drive away from Cruz Bay. It was everything that was advertised to be. We easily slept 5 between the pullout couch, cot and love seat (my kids don't like to sleep together, but 2 easily could've fit on the pullout couch). We loved having our own kitchen since food is so expensive on the island. The back porch is also a great place to sit in the morning or at night! The pool is closer than expected. It might be a total of 10 steps away from the back porch. If you are coming from the mainland and used to normal driving, words can express how crazy the driving is to get here. Everything from driving on the left side to the narrow roads to the steep switchbacks. I love driving and thoroughly enjoyed all of this, but man is it crazy. I would 100% stay here again.
