I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a lovely 5 day stay. Wish it could have been longer. We LOVE THIS CONDO. We’re well equipped kitchen. Sparkling clean! Staff wore masks and there were bottles of hand sanitizer readily Available. View was lovely and furniture, bed very comfortable. We would very much like to stay there again.

Great staff, parking and accommodations! Found our new place to stay! We have been coming to Port Aransas every year for 18 years and had never stayed here, I don’t know how we missed this place! Our rental was stocked very well.

We visited the Nature Preserves (at least 4!) in PA ..an amazing experience! Whooping Cranes, Roseate Spoonbills, Great Blue Herons..and many more. A nature wonderland. On the beach: beautiful shells and whole sand dollars..only 50 cents.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We liked our room very much. It had been remodeled it appears. Our only issue was that on our second day, there was construction going on above us and they were hammer drilling into the floor. It was so loud you could not hear the tv. We brought it to the attention of management and they said they would check on it but it continued till 5:00. The front desk said that there was no work going on above us but they did not come to our unit to determine if it was. We realize that work must be done but when it disturbs a guest, it could be put off till the guest is gone.

The property management staff went beyond expectations. The unit 707 was also was beyond expectations, very comfortable, high end furnishings and appliances. Will definitely stay there again.
