Stayed Aug 30, 2025The place was nice and clean and right next to the beach. The only drawback to staying at this place is parking. There is only street parking. We got lucky and found a close spot on arrival.

Stayed Jun 14, 2024Place was very acceptable. Here are some suggestions for consideration. There were no face tissue in unit, refrigerator noisy for those sleeping on pull out couch, need to ask on reservations about ADA considerations, need hold bar in shower and parking very difficult! Thank you

Stayed Oct 13, 2023We stayed in Pismo for a friend’s birthday bash at the Vespera. We didn’t want to spend the outrageous prices over there so we turned to VRBO. This place was half the price and very roomy for a family of 4. Love the decorative pictures too.
