We noticed quite a few upgrades and new items in it. And I will have to say, the next door neighbors are great people. We hope to spend many more Octobers there.

We watched dolphins every morning. The building and property were very clean and security round the clock. Over all great experience. We had a very relaxing stay at Royal Gardens. I highly suggest staying there.

The floors, beds and furniture were very, very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our balcony. The pool area was fantastic. The elevators were roomy and fast. We would absolutely stay here again.

My Vacation ended up being a one day Hurricane party without the Hurricane. Scheduled for three nights but checked in on Thursday and left on Friday due to extreme weather..rain and high wind. Not a very good 58th anniversary for my wife and I. No fault of Royal Garden but loss of two nights rental charges. Ugh!
