Stayed May 25, 2024First things first, we got to the room on Saturday and immediately logged into the WIFI because we didn’t have service in town, but we immediately got malware on our PCs when we logged in. Both computers were flooded with pop ups and viruses. We called about this issue but all we received was a “we will look into it” and never heard back. The fire alarms in the building went off randomly throughout the day on Sunday as well causing evacuations. When we returned to our room in the evening and tried taking a shower. There was absolutely no water pressure and the water never got warm at all. After our cold showers, within 30 minutes, the fire alarms were triggered again in the building causing all visitors to evacuate both times and even the firefighters that were stationed right across the street said this has been happening for a bit now. Then after we returned back to our room, the fire alarm was triggered YET again causing another evacuation. Once we returned to the room, we went to open the porch door to check to see if the neighbors were outside as well from all the noise the alarms created, but since there are 24/7 LED lights installed right outside our patio door, hundreds of bugs and mosquitos rushed in to the room within a matter of seconds.
