The location was good for checking out Coki Beach, Margaritaville and Coral World. We could walk there.The Sugar Beach was less accessible than other beachs as far as proximity to the resort and swimmability. It was very rocky. It was very small and couldn't accomodate many people, so we chose to avoid it.The condo was clean and had the basics.I thought it described a pull out bed for the third member of our family, but it was a blow up.The stairs to the unit were fine for us, but I didn't understand that from the description.It was a good value at a location that was close to several attractions.

The property was very nice once we were able to occupy. This was our very first time to visit St Thomas. When we arrived and called the office to check in, we were told that the owner was still occupying the property. The property manager was able to put us in another very small condo (studio condo) off the property for the night With our children. The smell of seaweed was absolutely awful inside and outside of the condo. For our first visit, this was extremely stressful for us.. Hopefully, we will not be double booked in the future.
