Once Upon a Tide: FULL RENO for 2026! Oceanfront, Pool, Linens

My husband & I spent our 25th wedding anniversary here and it was wonderful! The condo itself was spotlessly clean, had an excellent view, and had comfortable beds. The resort had excellent beach access and clean, comfortable pool areas. We would definitely go back! Our only complaint is for the Beach Club - the grill area seems to be in a wind tunnel and doesn't have any place to set down food or utensils. It makes using that area difficult, unpleasant, and apparently unsafe. One evening, we found that one of the grills had been removed because it must have caught fire and burned part of the railing around that area. Use caution in that area. They really need to install a windbreak there.

Always great to stay at the Ocean Club! The views are impeccable! Easy walk to the beach. We will definitely be back again!

Great location overlooking the ocean, close to the pool and had everything we needed for a week long stay with three kids. Would recommend!

Check in was simple and easy. We were given great and detailed instructions. Kitchen was fine and clean!

Once upon a Tide was absolutely perfect for our family. The condo was gorgeous with an amazing beach front balcony and all of the amenities we could possibly want! It was spotless, bright and the location was perfect. It made it so easy to be on the beach in 2 minutes and the pool was also fantastic. We will definitely be returning and grateful for this beautiful place.

Cozy clean condo with amazing views. Very relaxing, quiet and great beach access and pool! Best for couples or small family. Grab some local fresh seafood from Willis just down the road and cook in or grab a shrimp burger from Big Oak or maybe crab legs from the Crab Shack! Otherwise no need to go anywhere.

Overall, it was a nice stay. The property managers are very responsive - check in was really easy which is sometimes hard to find on this small island with antiquated rental agencies and processes.This is one of the few condos on the island with elevators (and luggage carts) and a heated ocean side pool which is why we stay here.The condo could use some updating in the kitchen, floors and bathrooms but the listing pictures are accurate. A king bed in the primary suite would also be nice.

This Atlantic Beach N.C property, on the ocean, is immaculate, w/ the typical inventory of condo necessities!!! It has amazing views of the ocean and it’s about a 50 yd.walk to the beach! The condo property is wonderful, w/ easy access to the gym, pool and hot tub! And…. the congenial hosts are very accessible and helpful!!!

Loved everything about the place. Covered parking, easy access to the elevator, clean condo, all the cookware we needed, all the furniture was comfortable, tv was easy to use, and the view was amazing. The heated pool was great for our kids and it was easy to get down to the beach. We will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay in this nicely appointed 3rd floor, oceanfront home. The view is fantastic, right on the ocean with a great porch. Elevator access and covered parking a huge plus. We’ll be back!

We loved the beautiful views and convenience of the location. Wonderful condo. My sister said it’s like a kid in a candy store. So we are already planning another trip in May.

The condo was nicely stocked so we were able to cook meals. It is also a beautiful location on the ocean. We enjoyed our stay.

This beautiful top-floor condo is EXACTLY as advertised. The unobstructed view of the ocean is stunning whether sitting outside on the deck,sitting inside in comfy chairs or dining by the big windows. The owners were pro-active with check-in and property information as well as quick responders to any questions we asked. Our favorite features: Keyless (code) entry, ample, easy parking, an elevator, spotlessly clean rooms, a well-stocked kitchen, ice-maker, washer/dryer, beach chairs provided, nice towels, linens and extra pillows and blankets. Easy beach or pool access right outside our building makes this an optimal location. We couldn't have been more comfortable and hope to return to this little piece of paradise again soon. Bravo!

Awesome location with amazing views!! Owners are very accommodating and responsive. The private access to an amazing beach, pool, and hot tub are just steps away from the condo. The condo itself offers all of the comforts of home and the views from the third floor balcony are unmatched. We hope to return soon!

Our first vacation in years and this place was absolutely perfect

We loved everything about our experience. The master bedroom was great and the living room and porch were wonderful. Having the elevator was helpful for my aging parents as well. It was very easy to get in to the condo and was a good location. We were very happy with our family vacation!

Great time with kids and g-kids!! Third summer visit; second stay at the Ocean Club; and wonderful first visit during 4th of July as well.

The condo has a balcony overlooking the ocean with chairs enough for 5. You can also see the pool from there. The condo easily fit two grandparents, two parents, and two children ages 5 and 8. The main room was large enough for a table for 6 and sofas and chairs enough for all. The art work was especially nice and the kitchen was well stocked. The elevator and outside storage unit made going to the beach easy. The place was well-maintained and gets high marks from all of us.

What a wonderful place to stay with an amazing ocean view as well as easy access to the beach and pool which were just steps outside the condo. Our family got to experience the beauty of beaches and swimming in the warm ocean that I got to experience growing up before moving to the PNW. My husband and I vacation each year in either Indian beach or Pine Knoll shores and will definitely rebook here next year.
