On the Promenade 1st floor. Spectacular Panoramic Ocean Views, Patio with grassy

The room was perfect and we loved the 2 full bathrooms. The view was amazing. ❤️ The only disappointment was the amount of dog poop right at the edge of our patio and all over the grass area. Dog owners need to do better.

Easy check in and out. The condo was spacious and well updated. Could use some new patio furniture but overall a very nice place for our family to stay for the week.

Overall clean, well-stocked accommodation with great views in a convenient location. The advertised queen pull-out needs an upgrade to be sleepable, fortunately our group didn’t need it but would have been nice to spread out. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend!

We enjoyed our experience. The cabinets and countertops are dated but clean. It was a well stocked kitchen. the description was good about the access to the beach. The rocking outdoor chairs were great with the side table for cozy mornings wrapped in blankets with hot cocoa and tea watching the ocean. It was a safe area and the host was very good about communication.

We had a wonderful stay and loved the location. The only negative was most of the dishes, pots and pans, and silverware were dirty with either a greasy film or actual stuck on food from whoever stayed before us. Otherwise it was very clean and comfortable. If you're into watching sunsets from your room this room had the perfect view and very comfortable rocking chairs on the patio. We will definitely be booking again.

Very clean and meticulously maintained. Direct access to the beach. Had everything we needed and we were very comfortable here. Will definitely look to stay here again.

The view was great, as close to the beach as possible. So nice to have a washer and dryer right in the unit. We didnt' get there until almost midnight and it was nice and easy to just get in.

The place has spectacular views! Close to everything! Kitchen stocked to hilt with high quality kitchen equipment! But no place to put food we brought that didn't need refrigeration! Bed most comfortable we have ever had in a rental! Furniture nice but very uncomfortable! Not much place for clothes! We were here 10 days! Needed hang up and drawer storage which this place lacks! If we were there 1 or 2 days, we would have rated this place excellent!

We had a wonderful time staying at this unit for 5 days, 4 nights. The condo is clean and huge for our family of 3 and has everything we need. Kitchen is fully supplied including paper towell, plastic wraps and foil. The full sized washer/dryer machine and the Murphy bed are very useful. The panoramic view is spectacular. The location is excellent. We walk to the beach and Broadway every day. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again in the future. Thank you!!

We had a wonderful time. The location has a great view and was close to a lot of fun activities. It was our 26th anniversary and we loved every minute of it.

The property was pleasant, comfortable, clean, and safe. We walked from here all over town and access to the beach was right outside the patio door. Would definitely stay again in this ground level room if coming again to Seaside.

The location is amazing and the accommodations so comfortable that we asked to extend our stay. Communication was easy. Would love to stay again!
