In addition to the King bed in the master bedroom, there is a twin over twin bunk bed in the hall and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, sleeping up to 6 people. Master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and there is a second full bathroom in the hall.

Stayed May 17, 2025The only problem we had here were the elevators. They had all of them fixed in a couple days. The condo itself had everything we need. There was plenty of space and the view of the beach was perfect!

Stayed Mar 15, 2025Family of four stayed for a week. We loved the direct view of the ocean. Multiple days we could see the dolphins swimming and the pelicans feeding on ocean fish from our balcony. We loved being able to just step outside the building and be directly on the beach. The kids loved the multiple pools onsite. Also the tiki bar and cafe onsite was a nice perk and made quick snacks or drinks easy to get while staying on the beach.

Stayed Feb 24, 2025Condo had the comfiest bed! Everything you need. Loved the pool and location to the beach. Quick uber to anywhere. Parking was available which is great. Destin was a lovely town - we enjoyed ourselves! Thank you for everything.

Stayed Feb 17, 2025This well-appointed, immaculately clean condo was just what we needed for a getaway. The Pelican Resort has thought of it all. Indoor outdoor pool for rain, an even a second outdoor pool. Lovely hot tubs, all right in the heart of Destin.

Stayed Jun 30, 2024This condo was very clean, a great location, great pools for kids & easy access to beach. This was our first time at this location and we would recommend to any friends and family. We will be staying with this owner again. Only hint for families is to bring additional bath towels if staying for longer than a few days with 4 or more people.
