Interior lighting needs upgrade. Fluorescent fixtures too dim. Otherwise, great experience. Highly recommend.

This condo was perfect for our family. 5 adults, a teenager and toddler. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were large. All bathrooms had plenty of space as well. Extra blankets and pillows were provided in each room. Great view of the creek and parkway. Patio and living room furniture very relaxing. Will definitely rent each time for our family vacations. 100% recommend. Plus great communication with Chris. Thank you so much.

We loved staying at the condo! It was a very easy and manageable walk to the LeConte Center for an event. Food Lion is literally right down the road with a Starbucks inside. The condo was clean and well appointed. We loved spending time on the covered patio in the evenings. My family doesn’t usually sleep well away from home, but because of the incredibly comfortable beds we all sleep really good. We had a small minor issue with the internet. A quick email to Chris, an immediate reply and a quick turn around and we had internet. Enjoyed staying very much and look forward to next time.

This was perfect for our family vacation. Clean and spacious condo unit and would definitely stay here again. Close to attractions, dining and center of Pigeon Forge. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This condo was 3 bedroom and super spacious for a family of 6! 5th floor and beautiful river views. Large balacony and convenient to all downtown pigeon forge activities. We will deff be back...thanks so much!

The unit was clean and and in a great, convenient location. Very comfy furniture in the living room which included a couple of really great recliners. It is mere minutes to The Island, a grocery store, and great restaurants. If you ever want to order anything online for a close & quick pickup to eat at the condo, I highly recommend Fat Bear Family Tavern. They're smashburgers are excellent!There is, however, one caveat about this unit. This unit has a fireplace, which is great for winter ambiance, but be aware that you have to reset the ambiance every 30 minutes. So be prepared to get up and down every 30 minutes to reset the timer on the fireplace. Hence, I deducted a star in my rating.One pleasant surprise was there was actually a Keurig in the kitchen which is not listed as one of the amenities.

Condo was large and had plenty of room for out 3 families. Beds were comfy and nicely decorated. Very convenient location! Planning on booking this condo again next year.

We enjoyed our stay so much! We were in town to attend a wedding but spent the week enjoying the area. The condo was so nice! It was very clean and had everything we needed. The beds were so comfortable and the living room furniture was so comfortable for relaxing each night. We also enjoyed the balcony and the seating out there. The communication with the host was great! I had a question about something and he got right on it and took care of it so that I didn’t have to worry about it. I highly recommend this condo and would stay again.

My husband fell and broke his knee and had to have surgery and have a plate and screws placed in his knee..I understand the rules in place about insurance but due to the nature of his injury it was completely never expected!! We had every intention to go on this trip but this was way out of our control. Just frustrated about spending that much money and getting nothing back.. So no, the overall stay (experience) was not good.

The check in process was fast and easy. The property is in an excellent location within walking distance of everything in pigeon forge. Excellent communication with the property manager. Will book again in the future.

Most perfect location! Big enough for the family

This condo was absolutely beautiful. Our family enjoyed spending time on the balcony and watching the ducks by the river behind the condo. The location can’t be beat. We were even able to walk to dinner one night. We will definitely be back!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and comfortable. The 3 bedrooms with each having it’s own bathroom was great for myself and two grown daughters.

Each year that my family comes to Pigeon Forge, we try to book this wonderful condo. We enjoy the location plus the wonderful accommodations. We look forward to staying here again.

It was exactly as promised---clean and extremely comfortable. Only concern we ran into was garbage truck pick ups at Walgreens early in the mornings. Outside of that, the apartment was wonderful and we would absolutely stay there again!!!

Quick escape with the family and friends. Desired accommodations close to everything and this hit the mark! Spacious enough to serve 3 couples - large bedrooms, bathrooms and large living area and the view of the creek, Christmas lights provided us with privacy serenity without the drive off the beaten path! Host was responsive and we will be back’

Property was clean and convenient for all our activities. Plenty of space and well equipped . Little noisy next to highway but didn’t affect our sleeping. Awesome outdoor furniture! Second time we have stayed at Bear’s Crossing.

Have stayed in 502 once before. Love the condo for it's convenience to everything. Clean, but floors need a very deep cleaning. Otherwise, all good!
