Stayed Feb 16, 2024Housekeeping was unthorough- found stray earrings, a dirty sock, broken pretzels on the floor. Some lightbulbs didn’t work. No sheets on the pull out bed in the living room. Advertises as a “sleeps 8” but there is not enough furniture to sufficiently organize even 5 people’s belongings let alone 8. The condo is cozy, but needs to be updated. Plaster ceiling in the bathroom is crumbling in parts, the electricity doesn’t work in all of the sockets.

Stayed Feb 15, 2025Great location! Was a little tight for the 6 of us with the lifts shut down for 2 days due to winds, but we made it work! Would recommend adding a bottle opener and matches to the kitchen utilities (we lost power one night) but would def stay again.

Stayed Dec 30, 2024Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great stay at Sunday River. Mother Nature didn’t cooperate but we still had a great time. Condo worked well. Kitchen could have been supplied a bit better but overall it was fine. Ski on ski off was excellent. The stairs to the condo were difficult in ski boots and carrying supplies from car.

Stayed Jan 13, 2023Thanks so much for this stay at North Peak condos building 2. The place had everything we needed, and it was conveniently located on-mountain so we could have a ski-in ski-out experience.
