Stayed Apr 4, 2026Great villa, so beachy and new looking. Beds were comfy and so much space. Kitchen has everything you need. Lots of beach chairs, toys, and even umbrellas. The lanai is huge with seating for 7. Our only suggestions to make this villa even better would be to have the lanai swept and a new set of fry pans for the electric stove top. What a beautiful location with breath taking views from liters every window. We will be back! Great stay and the Omni has outstanding amenities for both young and old! Wow!

Stayed Mar 8, 2026We had a wonderful stay in this condo. The check-in process at the guard station was a little hectic since we went through VRBO and not the actual resort, but I was able to provide him with our confirmation email and he was able to find our information that way with the manager's name. The property itself was beautiful, clean, updated, and conveniently located to the pool and beach. The views from the condo were stunning and the sunrises and sunsets were incredible! We'd highly recommend this property to friends and family looking for a fun and comfortable getaway to Amelia!

Stayed Jul 19, 2025Spacious condo with incredible oceans views. Short walk to the beach. We travels with two other couples. Plenty of space for the 6 of us. Outdoor balcony was a perfect spot to watch the sunrise every morning. Super comfortable beds and everything you need for cooking in the kitchen and going to the beach with provided chairs umbrellas and wagons/carts. Fantastic place!!

Fun dinners in town and fit in a little par three golf morning for the guys.Great way to spend long weekend with your married children and grand chilren
