Stayed Mar 29, 2026Home was very clean, newly renovated. The location was great! The pool is super close. The only downside was that the pool was really dirty when we arrived from a storm, but the host was quick to get a cleaning crew out the next day. Bummed we missed out on pool time and you're unable to use the Omni pool since you're not staying at the hotel/villas - despite being on Omni property. Overall, it's a great spot

Stayed Feb 15, 2026We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Omni Villa on Amelia Island in February. The villa was so clean, decor was lovely and the room arrangements were ideal. A cute little basket near the front door greeted us with snacks. The only downside was the long ride to the villa location through the Omni Resort and walk to our specific villa from the car in the designated parking lot because of mobility issues. We had only minor problems with our mattress and dishwasher.

Stayed Oct 4, 2025Facility was clean, there were many items including a beach towels, chairs, a wagon to make our beach trips much easier. Many items supplied in the kitchen which made easier for cooking. We had wonderful contact with the host. They were very attentive and responsive.

Stayed Aug 6, 2025The condo was great! Nestled in by the tennis center on the plantation, it was adorable and clean… great for two families as the bedrooms are on opposite sides of the living area and kitchen. It was just a quick walk (& even quicker golf cart ride) to the beach! The beach towels, wagon and beach chairs were a nice touch! We hope to stay here again soon!

Stayed Jul 23, 2025The villa is fantastic - nicely decorated, lots of room, and everything you need. The family room and adjacent kitchen was a great relaxing spot after long days outside. The villa is just steps from the pool which we used every day. Pool has lots of tree cover so you can choose sun or shade while you’re relaxing. Beach chairs are included which is a nice bonus. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the beach, which we also did every day. Beach is beautiful and not at all crowded. Check-in and check-out was easy. Instructions were clear and the keypad door worked perfectly. Communication with the host was great, I would get a response to every message within minutes - very friendly and helpful.Make sure to go to the shops and restaurants on the boardwalk inside the Omni property. It’s an easy walk if you take the shortcut down the little golf course. If you’re a golfer try the Little Sandy. It’s 10 holes around the lake, the longest hole is 125 yards! They have clubs you can use no charge - a small cary bag with wedges and a putter. Calloway clubs - nice. The town of Fernandina Beach is great for shopping and eating and coffee, etc. Island Time Ice Cream is amazing - get the key lime pie ice cream!In short…a great place with a helpful host in a wonderful location. We would definitely stay here again.
