OM A13 Gruene Grove Bungalow at Old Mills Resort

We had a death in the family and needed a place for 7 family members to stay. Everything was great! Check in and check out were easy. The place was large enough to accommodate all of us. People dropped off food, and the kitchen was fully stocked with plates, utensils, glasses and coffee cups. I would highly recommend.

Very professional management, and helpful staff. Thisvwas our 2nd stay with NB Escapes and we'll use them for our future stays.

We will definitely stay here again. The two bedrooms downstairs and the loft room were spacious and luxurious. All three bedrooms have private bathrooms. Walking into town might be a bit difficult for some, especially when it is too cool or warm. However, it's also close to town - you spend more time looking for a parking space than driving from the condo. It was too cool to use the pool.

It’s was perfect for last min. Super chill. Clean and had everything we needed.

Enjoyed everything about the condo! It was clean and the location was great. We were alittle disappointed that we were not told about the heavy construction that began early in the morning. There were several ladies that would have like to sleep in on their vacation but that was definitely not possible. But we enjoyed the trip and will not hesitate to return next year!!

The unit was clean and beds were very comfortable. If you are going to cook be aware that the pans are not great and they really should replace them. Bring some nonstick spray or oil because everything sticks to them. There is a quiet time scheduled from 10pm to 8am, but we had some very rowdy neighbors who did not abide by these rules even when we kindly ask them too. It made a couple of our nights hard to sleep as they were up partying until 3 in the morning. This is not something that the management company can do a lot about but it did make our stay not so pleasant.

A weekend trip to Gruene Texas for a family wedding, staying at the Old Miller Resort was the perfect way to enjoy our stay! The pool area was so peaceful hearing the birds chirping. We floated the river just 2 minutes from the property with Rockin river rides and had a blast! We went just 5 minutes into the sweet little town which was incredibly cute, had dinner at the Gristmill river restaurant and the food was 10/10! We can't wait to book with you again for all our future Gruene trips!

Overall nice place inside. Few minor issues, tub didn’t drain properly. Some of kitchen outlets had no power. Outside could have some improvements. Flower pots broke and dirt just laying there by stairs. 2x4 boards with nails sticking up were lying around the upstairs stair railing, which was dangerous .

The place was great! They provided specific details and a know before you go. It is literally 2 minutes away from the entrance to the Guadalupe River.
