Old world meets new updates

Matt is wonderful. Our family has been staying at his rental property for several years now. He is very accommodating; he responds quickly to any questions and the house is spacious and well equipped with everything needed to have any enjoyable trip.

We have stayed here before and will stay here again. Everything was great. No complaints. Thank you!

Working with Matt, the owner, was super easy and he was very responsive. They have made numerous property upgrades and the location is fantastic. The living room couches probably need to be replaced soon (at least one of them anyway). There are lots of games for rainy days. But the tv went offline while we were there and we could watch Netflix but the local tv was challenging. We love Cape May and all the old houses. But everyone really needs to remember with older homes come challenges like steep stairs and creaky floors. The kitchen had everything you could imagine to cook with and the appliances all worked well. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Shopping is very close by. Very close to 2 beaches. Dog park directly across street. I only had 1 issue with the clothes dryer was so full of lint underneath lint filter that could not be reached. Ripped some clothing.

The house was well-furnished, had good appliances and the location for town was great. Kitchen was well-stocked for cooking and the central air worked great.

Older house away from the ocean. Clean enough. Has some problems with age in spots on exterior and needs a little updating for safety. Upstairs bathroom is underwhelming. Has plenty of kitchen utensils and a good exterior grill. Close to downtown shopping.

The house was nice. I feel the cleaning company could have definitely did a better job. There were ants and we also had a mouse in the house. Contacted the owner and he was on top of the issues and had a service come out right away. Great communication! Frustrating that all the trash and recycling were left by previous renters.

I've been coming to Cape May for the past 15 years and have stayed in a variety of places. We were happy to see a fully stocked kitchen with cookware (minus a steamer basket, but we improvised)! The hosts provided a digital guidebook with all of the need to know information which was helpful prior to arrival day!There were areas that could have been cleaner but again you're at the beach so it's expected. We had to reach out to the owners since our primary bedroom's A/C was unusable due to dirt build up. They were quick to respond to help resolve the issue. The beds were decently comfortable, but know that the primary bedroom is uncomfortably hot in the evenings into the night. We would have loved curtains in that room to help keep the room cooler with the evening sun. Know that the street lights constantly go off overnight and the light shines in the primary and back bedroom's windows. Not the worst thing to happen, but something to note. It was discovered after our stay that the comforters were not washed in between guests so that is something to know as well. Overall, we enjoyed our week at the beach with this very walkable location!

Loved everything about this house. It was so comfortable and spacious. Really liked all three f the kitchen amenities. Everything we needed was so easy to find. The owners were so easy to deal with, responding immediately when we had a question. The location is really convenient to everything we wanted to do in Cape May, especially walking to great restaurants for dinner. Definitely hoping to return.

We stayed for a week in June and loved it. The house is adorable with plenty of space. The living room was so comfy, watching TV exhausted from the day. Close to restaurants and shops. So much to do. A little bit of a walk to the beach but we didn’t mind because there was a large box on the beach for all of your stuff. We would definitely stay here again.

Location is perfect- easy walk to shop and eat. Condo was fully equipped with everything we needed. Happened to meet the property manager- very nice and friendly guy!

Our family travels to Cae May every year after Christmas for my daughter's birthday and New Year's Eve. The property is great. Clean and very conveniently located. Easy check in and check out, great amenities, spacious for family game night. We love staying here and look forward to it every year.

This was our first time using Vrbo and couldn’t have had a better experience. The property was clean, well kept and smelled fresh. Great communication from owner and everything was ready for us when we arrived. We will be staying here again. Thank you for a memorable weekend.

This VRBO home was excellent! 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathrooms, great location to beach and Washington street mall. Walking distance to great restaurants! Very clean on arrival and easy check-in process. Owner was readily available if needed. Only confusion was tv system

We had a wonderful time, and our stay was so comfortable. Location was great, walkable to shops and grocery. It was so convenient and such a lovely home. The home was well equipped, and we had everything we needed to make home cooked meals. I would definitely like to return to this particular home in the future.

Plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 dogs. Location was close to Washington Square and dog park. It was a bit of a walk to the beach, but the owners provide a beach box making it very doable if you are able to easily walk a half mile. Owner is very responsive and pleasant.

This is the second time my family has stayed at this wonderful property and it is just perfect for us. We love the location, the beds are comfy, everything is clean and it feels like a real home with all one would need. We stayed here a total of 16 nights so far over 2 years and can't recommend it enough! You won't be disappointed!

Some family and I enjoyed an extended Memorial Day at this property. Great kitchen, comfortable beds. We did not use the house porch, grill or beach box, but was nice to know they were available.
