Old Town Scottsdale | King Bed + Quiet Balcony

This condo is top notch. It was spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable, and the sheets were soft. The furnishings were very comfortable. The kitchen was the best stocked for cooking that we have ever rented. The patio was clean and comfortable to sit on in the evening. The parking spot is right in front of the condo. The pool area was clean and had a lot of great furniture. There was even a swimming noodle in the closet. The host was very attentive to our questions. I would absolutely recommend staying at this condo and if we return to Scottsdale, we will stay there again.

We had a wonderful time at this property. We used it as a base to explore Scottsdale and the surrounding area for hiking, shopping, pickleball, and just some relaxing pool time. The condo was perfect for us and was exactly as listed. Many amenities on-site and locally available. Clean and heated, but busy pool, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, beautiful shower, walking distance to grocery, restaurants, and even old-town. JF is a great host; attentive, accommodating, and easy to communicate with. Definitely a 10 out of 10!

Our host was very accommodating. We asked for some additional cleaning supplies and he had them delivered from Amazon the same day. The condo was updated,clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were resort class. The grounds are well kept. Great location too.

The condo was very clean. The pool was very nice and it was nice there was a ping pong table. The only reason I gave it a 4 is because the location was not very close to the downtown Old Town Scottsdale where all the restaurants and shops are located.

We can't say enough about this condo! Number one is the cleanliness. It was so nice to feel immediately comfortable. The amenties felt like home. The location is perfect for grocery trips to Sprouts, a wide variety of restaurants in Old Town and shopping at Fashion Square. Easily accessible parking spot and a clean laundry room were a bonus! The owner was great to communicate with. We definitely hope to be back!

Their place was exactly like the pictures. Very cozy and clean. Kitchen was well stocked with pans, dishes, glasses, utensils - anything you needed. The dedicated parking spot was very appreciated.

This was a great place to stay! Very clean and in a great location! Close to Old Town Scottsdale where there are great boutiques and shops! Lots of good places to hike in the area if you are up for some physical activities! Salt River was a great way to relax and spend a day! Great open communication with the owners when needed assistance or had questions! Would definitely stay here again!

Great spot near all the best of everything in Scottsdale. The balcony was the perfect place to watch the sunrise and was shaded in the hotter parts of the day. Perfect!

We had a great 5 day stay at Maya Condos. Very clean, cozy, loved the outdoor terrace. We were walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, massages and all trails. Thanks for a great week!

We really enjoyed our stay at JF & Cathy’s condo. The condo has been very beautifully remodeled and decorated. We appreciated the vicinity to the pool with not being right on the pool and really enjoyed relaxing out on the covered patio. It was a great location with Old Town within 15-20 minutes walking and very inexpensive ride share if didn’t want to make the walk. Restaurants and a grocery nearby as well. I recommend this home as a nice, clean and relaxing home base to explore the Scottsdale area.

Great place to stay for my wife and I Place was very clean and well stocked with dishes, bedding , etc Location is outstanding. Walked to Old Town multiple times for shopping, dining and the farmers market. Also close to golf, hiking and spring baseball. Hosts were great in response to any questions we had

We have stayed in many VRBO‘s, and this is one of the best. The accommodations were very comfortable, in an excellent location. We walked to breakfast every day. There are many wonderful restaurants near by. We were in Scottsdale at a perfect time of year.

Loved the unit, the location, and the amenities.

The property was immaculately clean, extremely comfortable, and perfectly sized for the two of us. This was our first VRBO experience but definitely not our last thanks to the efficiency of VRBO but more particularly JF and Cathy who responded to each of our queries ( and we had a few!!) promptly and with great friendliness. The quotes in their guest book are also a testament to this. We LOVED it!

Condominium was as described. One of many in a large condo complex, many of which seem to be part of the home sharing community from conversations we had around the hot tub. The location is great for walking to Old Scottsdale & Fashion Sq. There are also Waymo’s (driverless cars) everywhere to get you around if you’re up to it. T

Scottsdale is an amazing place and this cozy condo-style living was a perfectly located home base to relax in after a full day of Arizona activities - a very nice patio to watch the sun rise amongst a vista of palm trees and desert mountains. Interior decorating was fantastic and the bed was super comfy.

Wonderful one bedroom close to old town and Performing Arts Center. Well maintained and well equipped kitchen.

Great location for exploring the area in and around Phoenix/Scottsdale. We were able to visit several unique sites, in the short time we had.

We had a great stay! The walk ability is wonderful. The only downside was no in unit washer and dryer

The inside is perfect, all new inside, kitchen, bathroom, living room. Balcony was great, watching the full moon. Could walk everywhere, including down to Old Town Scottsdale. Baseball park also. Big pool and hot tub. We will be back.

Excellent stay. My top priority is cleanliness and this place was very, very clean. It was very comfortable in all ways. The king bed and sheets were just wonderful. There were also so so many perks that the hosts left around that made everything much more convenient.
