Ogunquit avail this month

Our host was very accommodating, unit was a lovely home away from home and was within walking distance of great dining and shopping options in downtown Ogonquit. Would definitely stay again.

The home was immaculate. It was well appointed with everything we needed. The picture looked like it was private and peaceful when it really sat on a main road. Bedroom right in front of house and was noisy. Picture of yard is about half the size as it looks in the picture and it is right on the highway. We felt it did not interfere with our vacation and we enjoyed everything else about the house and our visit. Again it was exceptionally clean and in end that is really what mattered.

We had a really good time staying at the house in Ogunquit! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The location was perfect — close to the beach, and downtown.

Love staying here with Family. Centrally located between town and footbridge beach. The place is so cute, and was perfect for our Family, very homey feeling.

Enjoyed playing Uno on the front porch & Monopoly at the kitchen table. Appreciated the generous space: comfortable living room, bedrooms (2), bathrooms (2), & laundry facilities. Rear entrance (with parking) added security & convenience. The pleasure of having Big Daddy's Ice Cream & The Omelette Factory close-by offset the stress of Route 1 traffic.

Very clean and cozy rental. This was our second time staying here and there were some nice renovations done between our stays. The property is well maintained, located between two great beaches, easy walking/biking into town and located near some excellent restaurants. It's also located right next to a trolley stop.The kitchen was well equipped for the few meals we cooked there.Wi-Fi access was excellent throughout the property and was able to handle my work and our two kids watching YouTube, or playing Roblox, without slowing down.We will definitely stay here again on future vacations in Ogunquit.

Stayed with my son and his family. Great space as large areas for gathering and enough room to have alone space.

Place was great!!! John was a great host quick to answer any questions and had the condo stocked with anything you needed. Great place to stay to be in the middle of everything in Ogunquit. Only small thing is the front bedroom is on the Main Street and you can hear traffic in the front bedroom starting early in the AM. we got up early so never a problem. Would definitely stay there again. Fully stocked house.abd amazing host. Thanks John

My family and I stayed in Ogunquit last weekend. This may be our new home away from home!! We have been visiting Ogunquit for nearly the last 30 years and this home has been one of our favorites. The location is fabulous. The host has thought of every need you could have during your stay-in season or off. It was well appointed and spacious. We were very comfortable during our stay with all the convenience this property offered. Our host was very responsive throughout our stay and assured all of our needs were met. We look forward to making this an annual vacation at John’s Beach House.

The house was exactly what we wanted! Cozy, yet also spacious at the same time and perfectly, spotlessly clean. Our host thought of everything we might need, especially for the beach--a cooler, beach towels, beach chairs, etc. and everything was very findable. Plus the kitchen was well stocked with sugar for coffee, napkins, wine glasses, etc. We were sad when our stay ended and would 100% recommend this place.

Plenty of room for family. Lots to read and games to play. Chairs and umbrella provided for the beach. Very thoughtful welcome munchies from John. Great vacation rental. Thank you John g

We absolutely enjoyed our stay in this home! It’s evident the owner loves this place and dedicates their time and energy into keeping it well maintained. The home is clean, tastefully decorated with all the things we needed right at hand. the lawn and flower garden are beautiful, the location is perfect— easy walk to/from the center of Ogunquit and perfectly situated between footbridge and ogunquit beach! quick, easy drive up route 1 to mini golf and grocery store. The owner is prompt with clear communication and never tired of my endless questions ? We arrived to lovely gifts and handwritten note, very thoughtful and generous—really added such a personal touch to our stay. John is attentive and kind, his place is everything we needed and more! this was one of my best Vrbo rental experiences and we look forward to future adventures on our annual vacation next year!!

Looks are deceiving for this rental. It's cozy and spacious at the same time. Three bedrooms that are separate enough for privacy but close to the main part of the house. Two well equipped very clean bathrooms with washer dryer in one. Front porch, warmed by the sun was very welcome after the breezy beach. Very good location with breakfast nearby and lobster dinner and ice cream within a two minute walk. Attentive host , clean unit and good value= perfect stay, thanks John!
