This condo has a great location. It’s within walking distance of Broadway and all downtown attractions. The property manager is easy to reach. The condo is nicely decorated and it’s roomy and comfortable.

Literally home away from home with everything needed for a comfortable stay in Nashville! Loved the location in terms of walkability to Broadway and Printer’s Alley! Beds were super comfortable, which is always something we hope to have while traveling because there’s nothing like a good night’s sleep after a full day and evening out and about. Highly recommend!

Condo was great for 2 couples. Nice to have a washer and dryer. Easy downhill walking to Broadway, it was an uphill hike to get back. Nice to have parking available in nearby parking ramp. The code we were provided with to get in to the condo wasn’t correct. Reached out several times before we could connect to get correct code. That was an inconvenience since our driver was waiting in the front of the building so we could get the parking pass to park in the parking ramp. Another night we were unable to get into condo due to the batteries dying in the door code pad. Had to wait for cleaners to come to open door and change batteries.

What a great time. Close to downtown, easy to get to, nice place to visit and see the city. Bonus was it was close to my family. The place itself was clean, very comfortable just like the photos and nicely appointed for a wonderful stay.

Host was very responsive and helpful. Perfect location! Walked down town and ubered back! The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen was stocked. We will be back!

Location, location. This condo is within easy walking distance to Broadway, the Ryman, Country Music Hall of Fame, Bridgestone Arena and so much more. Recommend the Assembly Food Hall at 5th & Broadway. We ate there twice!The condo is lovely and in a quiet building. It was clean with plenty of towels and kitchen stuff. Would definitely recommend.

It was a perfect place for our weekend getaway. Very clean and the host was great! The location was easy walking to Broadway and restaurants and shopping. Alternatively, it was an easy and cheap Uber ride if you didn't feel like walking. We would stay here again assuming we get that hefty deposit back quickly.

Lot’s of positives- location, charm of older building, condo furnishings, and roominess. Annoyances- small elevator was a challenge for 4 adults was luggage for several day of vacation ( along with navigating the steps to get to elevator), nice coffee maker but instant coffee in freezer providers. Yes, it was suggested to bring your own, good thing we did.

Great place to stay and the location is ideal to walk everywhere! Two full baths and bedrooms made this comfortable for two couples to enjoy the stay. Nicely decorated and well-equipped; helpful host too!

This condo is near enough to downtown that you can walk to the Broadway scene, but it is a walk. State Capitol is literally 2 blks away. Condo was great and host was very responsive. Would definitely stay again.

The condo was perfect for two couples for a short and fun stay in Nashville. Beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Walking distance to good restaurants and all the fun music locations on Broadway. Very close to the Ryman. We would definitely stay here again!

This property worked out really well for us. We had family members meet there from OH, NY, SC and NC. The first night my husband and I comfortably walked to S. Broadway for dinner and music. The next day one of our group is unable to walk more than short distances, so we drove and parked in a garage just behind the Hard Rock for the day. The beds were quite comfortable, the apartment is well equipped, and the building was quiet. We even had a family member spend one night on the couch and he said it was more comfortable than his bed at home. They have a great sound machine in each room for anyone who might be bothered by the normal city noises. We used it and never noticed any noises. It is not a busy street. There is only one free parking spot, but there is a garage right next door with ample parking. Like every Nashville hotel we checked, parking there is 50 for 24 hours.

Loved that we could walk everywhere downtown, riverfront, Ryman, etc! We parked the car when we came and didn't see it again til we left

My husband and I spend 4 nights here with another couple for our first time in Nashville. The apartment is well stocked, clean, in a safe neighborhood, and in a good location to walk the downtown area. Parking was a bit of a hassle because of its location around the block in the parking garage of the Sheraton, but it was free! The host is very helpful and responsive and offers great recommendations for restaurants and other amenities in the area.

We enjoyed our stay at Andrea’s place in Nashville. Just a short walk to all attractions. Andrea was super quick and responsive. Her place was very comfortable and plenty of room for our family of five. We will definitely stay again if we travel back to the area.

I reserved our stay at this beautiful property in central Nashville in order to combine work and time with family. We needed a kitchen and extra space given that I was travelling with an infant. The listing is very accurate and very well maintained. I appreciated the baby gear on site, which simplified our packing process before the trip. Our host, Andrea, was always available and responsive: for example, we requested a power cord extension and 2 were dropped off at the rental within hours! It’s been a pleasure staying here and I will most certainly reserve this place again when we return to Nashville. Thank you!

This condo is so cute and is in such a a great location. Quiet street that is a few blocks one direction to the craziness of Broadway and 10 mins in the other direction to the River and shopping and Printers Ally. Amazing location for and a Great weekend with friends. Condo has everything you need. Must stay! The free parking is a huge savings!

Beautiful and clean

This is a clean and well-maintained property. The location is within easy walking distance to Broadway and Printers Alley. Vehicle traffic near the building is minimal which made for a quiet stay EXCEPT for what I assume was a trash truck that woke us up a few mornings around 3:00 AM; thankfully, we were able to go back to sleep. Our only real complaint about the unit is the kitchen. No non-stick pans and no cooking spray, so clean-up was a chore. There was a salt shaker, but no pepper. We were also without aluminum foil, plastic wrap or bags; things we would've packed had we known. Overall, a great stay and would definitely return.

Condo was just as described Very roomy, well stocked kitchen and good location. Easy ro walk to the Honky Tonk Highway and the Gulch. Went to Pucketts for breakfast which was very good. Walked to Ole Smokey Distillary and had a great time sampling and playing cornhole. Looked like a pet friendly area.

The condo is located approximately 8 minutes on foot from the main strip on a quiet street. We happened to have loud construction right outside our window during the weekday mornings (that's why I put 4 stars for accuracy - I don't think our host knew). The place is beautifully decorated, a great size, super clean and has all necessary amenities. Amanda was an outstanding host! Checking in and out were seamless. We will definitely rent it again when we are back in Nashville!

The location was perfect, walking distance to anywhere we wanted to go. It was nice that the parking was included in the rental, since we were on route, returning snowbirds. Great location for getting around central Nashville.

Our family made a quick stop in Nashville for one night as we passed through. The place was amazing! Had everything we needed. I wish we could’ve stayed longer. Close enough to broadway. My husband and I love Nashville. We will be back and stay here again!

Super location...good parking...The condo was much more spacious than expected. The pictures don't even do justice to ho big it was. Easy walk to Broadway, the stadiums, etc. If we do back to Nashville, this is where we'll stay!

Perfect place for four friends to get together for the holidays and share some Christmas music. Large but very cozy. Walkable to downtown and Ryman.

Location is great!…property manager is excellent!!, beds were super comfortable, kitchen amenities were good, however outdoor bldg code keypad was kluge, elevator was not ooerating on last day (had to walk heavy suitcases/bags down 4 flights), and condo interior floors were dirty (our bare feet turned brown, so we all wore our socks for 3 days).

We stayed in Andrea's condo for 4 nights and it was perfect for 4 ladies. It was in a quiet location away from the hussle and bussle of Lower Broadway but close enough that we could walk most places. The condo is clean and well appointed and in a lovely heritage building. The beds were comfortable with the exception of the sofa bed. Andrea is an excellent host with good communication and provided detailed instructions. I highly recommend Andrea's condo.

Just a short 5 blocks from Broadway. Condo is clean and generally quiet. Tiny elevator was out of service one day of our stay but promptly repaired. Comfortable and convenient.

The property was very clean and was in a cute little historic building. It was in a great location; Within walking distance to Broadway and downtown hotels where are convention was , but very quiet and safe area. The bed was very comfortable, and the linens and pillows were upgraded and extremely comfortable! I would definitely visit again.
