OD 703 Oceanfront Condo with 2 decks! Indoor and Outdoor Pools

My family absolutely loved staying at this beachfront property. It was absolutely perfect! We fell in love with Kure Beach and this home! We’ll definitely be going back.

Beautiful well stocked condo, view is incredible

The view was phenomenal it was like being on a cruise ship. The place was well decorated clean, check in was seamless. You will note be disappointed in your stay here I am looking forward to coming back.

Cute place right on the ocean. Spent a relaxing few days watching dolphins and pelicans. Can’t wait to go back!

Lint screen broken and rusty. Sliding doors very hard to slide. The floor in the upstairs bedroom by sliding door was soft. Felt like whole place needed updated visually. Front storm door had issues. Hydraulic closure very bent and did not work. Would not stay closed. Was unfastened from the door jam. Did call to report. Partially fixed. Did a poor job.We loved the lower deck and it's privacy. Loved the area. Heads up to the Ocean View Restaurant in Kure was excellent. Wanted to go to Big Daddy's, but unable due to closer of several days we were there. Spent time in Southport and Wilmington. Loved both.This was our 3rd trip to Kure. It never disappoints. Left a day early due to impending flooding due to Hurricane Milton.

A perfect spot for a girls get away. So peaceful. Can hear the waves crashing at all times.

We always have a fantastic experience with A1 Property management and this unit is so lovely. It’s updated and comfortable. Being right on the water is just perfect and it’s right next to the beach access with two pools close by. When we weren’t on the beach we were on the shaded porch listening to the waves, we ate all our meals there. 10/10

A1 Property makes it even easier with providing linens and extras of some essentials like hand soap, trash bags, toilet paper, etc (that is NOT always provided with other companies). The place was clean. We LOVE staying here, especially having coffee in the mornings on the porch. The beach and pool are right there!

In the 8 years we have vacationed with A1, they have always had clean and welcoming rentals that are exactly as advertised on their website. I haven’t had to speak with the team much since we haven’t had any issues, but when I email with questions or clarifications they are always friendly and answer quickly. I will continue this tradition for as long as I can convince the kids to hang out with me and tour the island restaurants and ice cream shops.

Everything I wanted for our family in a beach vacation! Perfect location! Easy beach access. Watched the sunrise from our deck! I rented a bicycle and there was a great little path. The ocean waves were the perfect soundtrack of the day.
