OD 2103C Top Floor Oceanfront Condo, elevator, Indoor/Outdoor Pools

Everything was great. Beautiful unit with a fantastic view. My son and I enjoyed star gazing at night and watching the dolphin pods during the day.

Lovely location with great view. Unfortunately it rained most of our stay but we plan to try again another time.

Everything was great except the elevator not working. I have problems doing stairs and was very upset when it didn't work. Almost canceled because of it.

The deck is very nice to sit on and relax and watch the ocean and sunrise! The apartment was very clean and well cared for at a reasonable price. The owners/management were professional and easy to work with when questions arose. This part of Kure beach is down toward the end close to Fort Fisher...very relaxing and peaceful. Would highly recommend! Can’t go wrong with this rental.

I had read previous reviews about the rocky beach but wasn't aware how many rocks there were until low tide. It may not be a safe area for small children. The overall unit was nice and had updated flooring, kitchen and baths; however, the living room and dining room furniture needs to be replaced. A four slot toaster would accommodate a party of six better than the two slot provided. Some suggestions might be to provide more silverware, a handle for the slider for the outside sliding door, pizza pan, pizza cutter and more pot holders. Our overall experience was nice and with the suggested changes I would recommend this property to a friend.

Kure beach and Fort Fisher have always been the best for family vacations.

Despite Debby most of the week, we enjoyed the condo. Never lost power. The management co was very responsive. They replaced the toaster with a toaster oven within 2 hrs of reporting . Zip tied the hurricane shutters banging against condo and brought towels to handle water coming in bedroom door. Manager assisted w/luggage, 4th flr due elevator inoperative.

We loved the condo. It was clean and nicely decorated. The elevator was certainly a plus. We appreciated the starter products. We were surprised to find out that the parking for this unit is not under the building. It would be nice to know that before booking. There is not much room to park a full size pickup truck.

Great view! Very clean! Deck was perfect for relaxing and people watching. Definitely recommend.

When we opened the door to the condo, we were impressed right away. The layout was comfortable, the two bedrooms and baths were set up nicely, and the view was spectacular. Being on the 3rd (actually 4th) floor, you have a great view of the ocean. Being an end unit, it is also more quiet and private. The condo was very clean, although the shower in the master was showing it's age, but then again, everything rusts at the beach. We ate our dinners on the deck and truly relished the view. Looking forward to a follow-up visit. The management company was so easy to deal with, and the info provided in the app made it easy to walk right in the door. My two requests would be better directions to the unit in the building, and a new flatbed cart to haul our luggage up the elevator and to the condo. It was shot. Our thanks to the owners for sharing their lovely condo.

Loved the location, just steps from the beach! Condo was clean and comfortable.
