Stayed Mar 1, 2026Lae Nani property is a great place for visiting Kauai. Beach view from the lanai was wonderful. Some units there are nicer, but accordingly price of this one was a bit lower. Overall enjoyed our stay.

Stayed Feb 3, 2026The bed was horrible. Many of the dishes were not clean. And the tv needs 3 remotes to make it work and the tvs are so small. The one tv is in the dining room so if you are sitting on the couch you can hardly see it. We were there during the Olympics and it rained a lot so we wanted to watch tv but it wasn’t enjoyable. The place was nice the but that bed was just impossible we left a day early.

Stayed Dec 3, 2025Two weeks was barely enough time to soak in the beauty of this property! The unit was nicely appointed in all areas from the gourmet kitchen stocked with all of the necessary tools to the comfy bed and couches, immaculate bathrooms and rocking chaise lounges on the lanai. The host was responsive to any of our inquiries . Our only regret is that we didn't stay for a month!

Stayed Nov 23, 2025Our host was very welcoming, she contacted me when the condo was ready for check in. Unfortunately we would not rent this unit again because the bathroom sinks were very low, and the bathrooms in general need updating.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Location and basic amenities were nice. There is an issue with the flooring -as a contractor and for liability purposes I recommend replacement. The broken edges and material type is not suitable for location and can lead to cut feet. Additionally the master bath sink plunger armature / actuator is not functional crating a plugged sink. Easy fix
