Oceanview Penthouse Paradise

Beautiful view would definitely come back.

The property was beautiful. Kitchen had everything you would need to cook, drink, clean etc. The beds were like sleeping on a cloud. Best beds I’ve had on vacation. The host was wonderful to work with. We will be back!

The place simply amazing! We can’t say that enough. The hosts were amazing and took care of a small issue right away and were super responsive to all questions. It was super clean and right on the ocean.

This penthouse condo is Absolutely Amazing! Clean, Comfortable, and Spacious! It provides a PERFECT view of the sunrise! The heated pool is only steps away and access to sit and enjoy the water is so conveniently close. Highly Recommend! The only unfortunate cautionary heads-up I feel obligated to share to future guests is that building management is extremely poor at accurately communicating about upcoming building maintenance. During our stay, there were misleading signs posted about when a water shut-off would be occurring...which did occur from 9am-1pm on the last full day of our stay... although the posted notice said it would be off 3 days in a row. The host was NOT given any notice about this maintenance so there is no blame on their part. We found many guests and owners caught completely off guard about the water shut-off...and also heard it had happened before that same way...not clearly communicated...for example, posting a notice it would be off on a Tuesday, yet it was then shut off instead on Thursday. I would not let this aspect keep anyone from renting this fabulous place (we very much want to stay again!), just do so with some awareness about how poorly building management communicates maintenance and possibly ask the host before your stay if they can check on any planned maintenance. We were fortunate the host helped confirmed the actual timing of the water shut-off beforehand and were able to have spare water to use, but not what a guest should have to do.

The host’s communications were great! The view from our unit was absolutely stunning! Sunrises, ocean, marina…The kitchen was fully equipped! The washer dryer was a huge plus! Plenty of dresser drawers, hangers, towels, paper products, toiletries and even coffee k cups! 5is was our 2nd time staying at Kawama Towers and loved being on the 5th floor this year. Highly recommend!

Everything was perfect! Fully furnished with everything you need, plus more! Excellent, 5 star!

We had a nice stay. View is great! Layout of the condo works well for 2 couples. Kitchen needs some updating. One elevator was out of order and the other needs work…would’ve been tough if something happened to that one. Good location to everything.

The condo was very nice and clean. The view was amazing! They supplied almost everything except washcloths and when we asked about it, they stated that they couldn’t provide them at this time. We ended up having to go out and buy some. The furniture around the pool could have been cleaner. We were disappointed that there wasn’t any bathroom down by the pool.

We had great time here. Beautiful property with absolutely amazing view. Property is very clean and well equipped. Definitely recommend!

We stayed for a 2 night stay with another couple and overall very pleased with the property and its location. It's located on the 5th floor with breathtaking views of the water. The property is very well maintain and beautifully decorated with every amenity you could think of. There is an outside patio with seating for 3 that offered peace and serenity in the early morning while watching the sunrise in the early morning with a cup of joe. The property located in a resort offered a variety of outside activities to enjoy including a lagoon with tropical fish to snorkel in and your choice of 3 pool areas with a beachfront and jetty. We were very close to a variety of restaurants and supermarkets as well outside activities.Yvette was a perfect host and very responsive to all our questions. We highly recommend this property and hope to visit again.

Great apartment to stay in! Very convenient layout, and the master bed was very comfortable, gave us great sleep, which is not easy to get when you travel. Fully stocked kitchen (literally everything you could possibly think of for all your cooking needs, except an electric kettle, but no big deal, we used a regular kettle, which was available). The view from the balcony was amazing, part ocean, part marina and the pool below. The community was also very nice, heated pool, beach (not great for swimming, but beautiful views to sit by the water). Overall, an amazing stay, definitely recommend!

The property description is exactly as posted. It is immaculate and has everything you need, including plenty of extra towels, sheets, and pillows. The property is well-kept and beautiful. You will need transportation to eat, as nothing is within walking distance, but plenty of yummy places are within a short Uber ride. The owners are super responsive and genuinely work to ensure you have a great visit. If you are on the fence, do not be-you will be pretty pleased!

This was better than advertised because there is no way to describe the view as soon as you walk through the door! Sunrise, sunsest, everything you could want; it was like having your own beach condo for the week! Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

Had to purchase toilet paper which was disappointing but otherwise the home was as advertised. My kids loved the pool and the residents were very friendly.

Four days to relax and enjoy the environment .

Fabulous, spacious view

Condo was well appointed and had all the necessities! There is a great view from the master and the living room. Owner is extremely responsive and lovely to work with.

This is an amazing apartment with brautiful view! The pictures depict the property perfectly! We will for sure book here again!
