You will have shared use of a private pier out front including a 25 ft boat slip (reservation required). There you can sunbathe, eat, fish or swim. It is a few minutes’ walk to town for groceries, shopping and dining. The condo has an open floor plan with kitchen, dining and living room (comfy sectional) so family can be together. Stayed Jul 2, 2022The property literally has everything you need. When they say they have beach towels, all linens, is fully stocked with kitchen items and beach chairs water toys, they really do. Nothing in those categories do you need to bring.

Stayed Jun 25, 2022We had the most amazing time at Wrightsville Beach. The unit is well-stocked and in an incredible location. The dock is icing on the cake. It was perfect for kids to have a small beach during low tide and a great spot for the adults to lounge. We can’t wait to go back!

Stayed Jul 3, 2021Our family goes to Wrightsville Beach frequently for summer vacations. The location of this property is perfect for our family. Easy to walk to wings, the trolley stop, and vitos pizza. Beach access was extremely close (100 ft?). The unit was clean and the owner had fantastic communication. Access to the pier across the street was very nice and we clearly did not utilize it enough. I am hopeful that we can rent here again.

Stayed Jun 5, 2021Buffy was an excellent host, made us feel welcomed when we checked in, and was always available. The location and the new pier made this spot an oasis (close walk to the ocean, pier, and restaurants). We found the pier to be the most idyllic spot, with beautiful seating, scenery, and breeze. My dog loved his little beach and pier! (However, be prepared to share the pier with two other units.) The unit was small and a bit outdated, but well-equipped. We did have an issue with ants, but Buffy remedied to our satisfaction. Great host! We will be back!
