be prepared for 3 floor walkup, no coffee but there is a coffee maker. no beach chairs, you can rent for $80. for 2 high way robbery. do not rotate glasses wine glass dusty, oh outdoor furniture was not wiped down, we did that. Other than those glitches it was ok . oh no soap for shower. you purchase these things self

We come to this area several times a year and this condo is always on our list. Very clean. Great location. Excellent communication with the owner. Slightly small for a longer stay or older kids. My sons (ages 15 and 12) made it work for the four nights we were there.

We stopped here for two nights before our trip to Litchfield! The condo was exactly what we needed and had everything we needed. The walk to the beach was so short, it was lovely! The owner was so responsive and helpful! Highly recommend!

The house was very clean and organized! You can tell there was a lot of thought put into the small details of the condo. It was neatly decorated, the linens and beds were comfortable, and the location was perfect for spending the days at the beach. Danielle was very responsive and understanding!

Our trip was nothing short of amazing! Danielle was great to work with! We had a few questions during our trip and she always answered within minutes. The unit was clean and had everything you’d need. The location is perfect! Directly across the street from the public access, the easiest walk you’ll ever make to the beach! Our 3 year old is ready asking when he can go back!!

upstairs loft was by far our favorite ? such a cute, clean, updated condo. owner even left my son a birthday gift and card for him to receive upon arrival. this will be our new yearly place to stay

Our family had a great vacation! Less than 2 minute walk to the beach, pool was warm and fun for the kids. Balcony was nice and could still see the ocean from it while enjoying breakfast or morning coffee. Condo was clean and updated, had everything we needed for our week long stay. Close to both piers, restaurants, and ice cream! Only complaint is there was no vacuum which wasn’t life altering, just would’ve liked to have been able to clean the floors a few times after beach days. There was a broom and dust pan which we used but just no way around bringing the sand up with kids.

We enjoyed our stay. The amenities provided were plentiful and made out stay incredibly comfortable. The location itself was perfect which added to the overall convenience of our stay.

The condo was really clean and well organized. It was across the street from the beach. The two sleeping spaces were comfortable and everything in the description was accurate. Just be prepared to walk up a lot of stairs (which is in the description) - after a long day at the beach that can be a bit of a journey lol
