Place was great and service was awesome….Highly recommended.

I enjoyed being able to take my little dog with me to stay at the beach.

We had the best time. It truly felt like home. The condo and property were very clean. We felt like we belonged there. The view was amazing and it looked just like the online pictures.

Very clean . The bed slept good but the couch was not comfortable and the balcony had lattice on it and since we were on the 8th floor we could not see the beach from our chairs.

The property and beach location were very nice and extremely clean. Really enjoys my stay.

The condo is immaculate and tasteful with quality furniture and amenities. The view was beautiful. My only complaint is that it was listed as pet friendly which I appreciated. I had no idea dogs were not allowed on the beach. This caused some issues for walking the dog. I think I should have been informed and or given instructions on where to walk the dog. There is small green grass area but that was only helpful for quick breaks for the dog. We also were given only one key to enter the building. When we asked the manager he did not help us. IF you are NOT traveling with a pet it is a fantastic place to stay. The residents at the condo are not very friendly. But other guests were great. We had trouble getting in because we were given a code but with no instructions on how to use it. Of course check in is 4:00 and the manager is gone at 4. But these issues did not ruin our stay but the main reason I chose this condo was it was pet friendly but only if you keep your dog inside. Really a great place for you if you do not have a pet or your pet does not need a walk. I did finally find a beach area I could walk my dog. It just would have been helpful to know this before the trip.

Great place to stay for a relaxing vacation! The unit was clean, quiet and spacious. The pool was very nice and large. The property is right on the beach which is just steps away from the pool. The ocean view is amazing with a beautiful sunrise! We were able to watch dolphins swimming daily right in front of the property! Highly recommend staying here!

Condo was clean, kitchen was well stocked. Great view of the beach and great view of the sunrise.

Overall outstanding! The only hiccups were in the description on the Vtrips portal. There was no mention the pool was closed for construction, unpleasant surprise. The instructions gave a code for lobby entry, we could not find the keypad outside the building for this, only a phone. The instructions also indicated unit was on 5th floor but it was actually the 8th floor.

We have so enjoyed our month-long stay in this lovely condo. It has been the perfect place to have our own space as well as spend time with family living locally. Gorgeous beachfront view. Perfectly appointed kitchen with good quality cookware and dinnerware. Very much appreciated the Roku TVs in every room and all the streaming options we could log in to. Very comfortable bed in the master. The mattress in the other bedroom really could stand to be replaced though. Maybe with an innerspring mattress to give it some structure? One other suggestion I would make is to add a couple of armchairs, maybe one in the living room and one in the master. The listing says the accommodation is for six people if the sleep sofa is used. There is no way 6 people could sit in the living room. With only a shorter couch and small love seat, the living room seating is restricted to 3-4 people at the most. While we never had more than just us staying overnight, we did have family members in for dinners and visits. An additional chair or two would have been welcome. That said, we loved this place so much that we have already booked a longer stay for the next winter season.

The unit is nicely decorated and the beds were super comfortable. Super large TV's in every room and internet that worked great. The ocean views we amazing. We enjoyed our trip so much thanks for having us we will be back for sure!

I come regularly to Ormond to see my disabled sister. A comfortable beach stay certainly makes the trip more pleasant.

This is a very nice and comfortable unit with a great view and plenty of parking. It comes with everything you need for a vacation including a well stocked kitchen. Bed was comfortable as were the rest of the furnishings. Location is convenient to the beach (obviously) but also nearby beaches that allow dogs (Ormond by the sea does not) and restaurant and shops in Ormond. One minor improvement we suggest would be to replace or add to the love seat in the main area. Although we were only 2 people, when you have guests, the seating is a little tight. Overall though 5 strars and we would stay here again on our next visit.

As advertised. Clean and neat. Beach and sunsets/sunrises were awesome.

Beautiful ocean views. The kitchen was well equipped. Master bed comfy. Quiet location. Only problem need to leave instructions about where to dispose of trash. And there needs to be a table on the balcony. We would stay in this unit again.
