Welcome to Oceans of Amelia #201, the perfect destination for your Amelia Island getaway!



This end unit two bedroom, two bathroom oceanfront condo offers all the premium amenities to ensure your every comfort, including a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable, updated furnishings. Floor-to-ceiling windows and glass doors bring sun and sea breezes into this spacious beach condo. Enjoy mornings spent on the balcony overlooking the ocean or evenings spent walking on the beach just steps away from the building. This unit includes two private bedrooms, fitted with ultra-comfortable beds and linens. Televisions can be found throughout this unit, as well.



Oceans of Amelia #201 includes access to a large, exclusive pool, as well as the supplies needed for a day out on the beach, including chairs, towels, and an umbrella. This condominium is well-situated on the island and is close to a number of local attractions, including Historic Downtown and Fort Clinch State Park.



All fresh linens and towels are provided for our guests. We also provide a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, dish washing soap, dish pods, and laundry detergent.



We ask all guests to complete a registration form with Amelia Island Vacations through the secure site of DocuSign.

    The stay was great… other than all the construction. The parking was difficult due to having many spaces blocked off. Unfortunately, they were trudging the beach, which made it difficult to get to the beach. However, the rental company was great at communicating and helping us.

    The rental agent was MIA until it came time to leave a nasty notice on our guest's car. We were told in our rental agreement that we were permitted to have one guest parking pass, yet when we notified the agent we were denied a pass and told to park his car in an unpaved, unlit, overflow area a quarter of a mile from the condo. Overnight, we noticed that there were several unoccupied parking spaces under our condo; there was no need to send our guest to the overflow area.Additionally, the agent inadvertently sent me a text with all of the entry codes and address of another rental unit. It was a good thing that we are honest people. I wonder if she notified the other renters of her error.As for the condo, it was clean, although the outside of the windows were very dirty. However, it was obvious when we entered that the photo of the condo was years old. Some of the furniture was decidedly shabby and areas of the condo are in need of paint.

    All good except there was construction going on at property resulting in tremendous noise. Disappointed that we were not made aware of this beforehand. Unit 201 is very nice. Enjoyed our stay other than noise.

    Very nice property, well equipped, fantastic views of the ocean especially at sunrise. Beware that there is construction work going on in the car park of the property immediately below the apartment with extremely noisy concrete drilling, dust and even shaking the building from 8-4 each day. Apparently it will continue until February 2025.

    The pictures don't do it justice. This condo provides beautiful views - being a corner unit makes such a difference. The walk to the beach is easy - even with two small children. The condo was stocked with everything we could need. We plan to return!

    Great location. Beautiful view of the beach. Clean and easy to check-in and check out. Super responsive with any questions we had about the condo. Interior furnishings somewhat dated but everything clean and neat. We would definitely go back! I couldn't ask for a better location and Amelia Island is an amazing place!

    We loved the condo. It is decorated so cute. Nice furniture. Love the corner unit with an absolutely gorgeous view of the beach. Short walk out your door to the beach. The beach was not crowded. Free parking. Everything was so convenient. I wouldn’t change anything and can not think of anything to make someone’s stay better. For us, it was perfect!
