Welcome to our modern & relaxing Ocean Cove 305 condo. A Bright and Beachy 3 bedroom 2.5 bath Oceanfront Condo in the centrally located Ocean Cove building on the border of Garden City Beach and Surfside Beach. Our unit features a fully updated kitchen and living room furniture, 2 flat screen TVs with cable, high speed WIFI, in-unit Washer and Dryer,central AC, and two Oceanfront Balcony with ample seating for the whole family. We also provide a storage shed equipped with beach chairs, beach mats, and umbrellas, perfect for the guests who are flying in.

The Ocean Cove complex boasts a great pool, hot tub, and lounge with direct access to the beach. Parking is limited to 2 spots and there is an elevator! There is also no pets, smoking, or trailers allowed.

Garden City Beach is in the family friendly section of the south Myrtle Beach Grand Strand. It is conveniently located 15 minutes from the airport, 20 minutes from the Boardwalk, and 10 minutes from the seafood paradise of Murrells Inlet's Marsh Walk, a half-mile boardwalk featuring close to 10 restaurants overlooking the inlet. The location is also great for local attractions like Broadway at the Beach, Brookgreen Gardens, Minor League team Myrtle Beach Pelicans, Huntington Beach State Park, Top Rated Golf Courses, and many watersport and fishing activities. Charleston SC is also a 1.5 hour drive perfect for a quick day trip.

Ocean Cove 305 is also a short drive, bike ride, or walk in-between the restaurants, bars, outdoor music, and activities of the Garden City Pier a couple streets to the north and Surfside Pier to the south.

The Master Bedroom overlooks the beach with a separate private balcony as well. It has a queen-sized bed, TV, ceiling fan, and en suite bathroom. The second bedroom features another queen-sized bed and half bathroom. The 3rd hallway bedroom has 2 twin beds side by side. All bedrooms have all new beach-themed bedding and linens!

Fresh linens and towels will be provided along with simple bathroom and kitchen starter items as well as a hair dryer, iron, and ironing board in the condo.
