Oceanfront views, Beachfront condo, The Driftwood!

The location was perfect. Quiet with fabulous views. Most comfortable bed we've ever slept on that wasn't our own. My husband kept commenting he couldn't believe how comfortable it was. Easy beach access with a large pool close by. Sunrises were gorgeous and we thoroughly enjoyed watching the wildlife especially all the pelicans flying by.

We had a wonderful time, actually booked 2 extra days on to it! Mr Martin was nice helpful and communicated promptly. We are hoping to return later in the summer. It was very family friendly and quiet, no hoopla or partying happening. Brought home great memories and lots of sea shells. The condo is well kept and comfortable.

This property was just as described. It was perfect for my 10yr old son and I. We made it our home away from home for a week. And the best part was that our balcony overlooked the ocean. Sunrises were amazing! And we could walk right out to the beach, we saw dolphins and even whales! The host was very responsive and even sent restaurant recommendations. Perfect relaxing spring break!

My family and I enjoyed our stay and the best things about the condo are the views, beach & pool, and communication with the owner, he was very helpful. In the description it says the condo is on the 2nd floor, what it doesn’t say is that you have to go up 2 flights of stairs to get to the 2nd floor. My 82 year old dad struggled. The bathtub was slippery and felt unsteady, the water pressure wasn’t great, and the towels were mismatched and poor quality. But those views make up for that.

I'll start with, our family had a great time. The pool was always clean and adequate size for the population of community. Never overcrowded, other guests were friendly too. The beach was so close and there were plenty of shells for the kids to hunt. As far at the unit goes. I will say it photographed well for the listing. What you dont see is the shower.. there is molded caulking or caulk missing. The tub liner is likely covering up a broken old tub. It is obviously when standing closer to the shower head is sinks down when you step in it. While the floor was reolace and is nice the trim that has been painted probably many times does now appear clean or all in tact. The rug on the blacany is likely loaded with sand because even after sweeping all of the floors each day anytime you steped out on the blacony your feet then tracked in sand making the floors feel dirty immediately. Also the ceeling fan above our bed was visibly loaded with dirt/dust, that we never turned it in even though we would have liked to. All this being said, our small children did not notice any of this or at least didnt mention it. But my husband and I felt like while being on vacation, we just were never relaxed because it just didnt feel like it was a treat or vacation because of those items contributing to the atmosphere in our home away from home
