Ideal location with fantastic views! Loved to watch the sunrise over the ocean each morning. Condo had everything we needed and was very quiet. Good communication with the managers. We would highly recommend.

I don't know where to start. This is an immaculate condo. The grounds are impeccable. I was on shock with how clean and spotless the elevators and stairwell stayed during our 5 day stay. The views from the 2 balconies and sunroom made waking up and relaxing epic. The balconies are so wide. Bathrooms and closet space were perfect. I will be checking back to reserve this beautiful condo again.

We really enjoyed our recent visit to this property. The unit was very clean and comfortable. We loved the proximity to the pools and ocean, and the views were amazing from the two balconies. The property management company was friendly and helpful. They even called just to check in and make sure everything was good. Hope to return in the future.

Our time on Amelia was wonderful. Great places to eat and shop. We were on the island for the annual car show. The condo was clean and a great location to be able to walk to the show. Communication with the property manager was via email and text. All was good. We’d stay here again!

Apartment was as pictured. Great location, easy access to restaurants at the Ritz-Carlton. This apartment is managed by Amelia Island Getaways, and we had an excellent experience with them. The apartment was immaculate and generously stocked with starter supplies. Special shout-out to Nick, who responded quickly when we had a minor problem (clogged drain). He's a super nice guy, very competent and professional.

This was one of our favorite units at one of our favorite properties. Beautiful views great having two porches and private en suites. Love the swivel chairs for reading and beach watching.

We loved this place. My wife said it was her favorite of all the places we have rented at Amelia Island. Loved the spacious den and the double private decks of of each bedroom. Perfect view of the Atlantic Ocean from the 2nd level. Will be back!

Beautiful setting! Exceptionally clean! Exceptionally quiet! Wildlife performed daily.... Dolphins, Marsh Rabbits, Gopher Tortoises. Herons, Egrets, Hawks, Pelicans, Gulls

This property is in a convenient location to shopping and restaurants. The unit itself was very clean and comfortable. Property management was very pleasant and helpful. I stayed with 2 sisters and a cousin. I would definitely return.

The 1400 sq ft room was perfect for 4 adults, and the two balconies were a plus! The 2cnd floor offered the benefit of seeing the gentle rolling sand dunes where we could see several turtles and rabbits, and also see the ocean clearly. I originally thought I wanted to be higher, after getting to property it was perfect! The interior felt very inviting and felt like home. Books, games available. Bedding was very comfortable and air conditioning worked great at 70 degrees. The location was idea for serenity and feeling you are away from the every day hum drum. However close enough to amenities, grocery, bike rentals, Starbucks, dining, ect., all approx 6 min away. Beach accès was convenient and private feeling. We were here first of Sept and was very quiet and tranquil at all times. Parking was also close to our rental, parking spaces were very wide which I alway appreciate! I recommend this property, and would defiantly consider renting this again!

Stayed for a long weekend here with my wife and 2 teenage kids. Condo is a perfect beach condo with great views of the ocean. We love Amelia Surf and Racquet and have stayed at the complex before. This unit seems more updated than some of the others we have stayed at so that was nice. Everything was perfect.
