Stayed May 27, 2023I had a fantastic time at Regis resort last week. The condo was lovely, well-equipped, and very clean. I suggest bringing a fan and the king mattress is due for a change but other then that it was a wonderful time. We definitely would rent again.

Stayed Jul 16, 2022We stayed at St. Regis in 2018 and this time, the fight for a spot on the beach was a daily thing due to the erosion that is taking place in North Topsail. We ended up using Grant's Beach service for an umbrella and chairs simply to carve out space on the beach, especially during high tide. The unit is clean, comfortable, and has ample space. The balcony has beautiful views (but very flimsy chairs, which were already cracked when we arrived). We had problems with getting hot water in the master shower, but the management of the property responded with a fix-apparently it's a quirk with that fixture. Water pressure in both bathrooms is low flow. The layout of the unit is really nice with access to the balcony from each bedroom and the living room. Having laundry in the unit is very convenient. Thanks for a fun stay!

Stayed May 23, 2020Everything about St Regis is great! This unit was perfect size for us and very clean. Beds comfortable and unit is quiet - you don’t hear people above or below or next to you. Balcony view over pool to ocean is amazing! Amenities at St Regis are also great! Pool and poolside cafe excellent! Staff friendly- and beach umbrella and chair rentals a very nice option. Main bathroom shower modern and very good! Only minor negative is the cabinets and sinks in baths and kitchen A bit outdated- but really very functional so not a huge issue for us We loved the unit and this property and would Book again !!
