Oceanfront townhome with Beach Access, Pool, & Wifi

Great location, layout and clean

The townhome is beautifully decorated with ocean front views. We loved the proximity to the beach. Any issues we had while staying were quickly addressed by the property manager with great communication. Only thing I was not aware of is that cars are allowed to drive on the beach in front of the community. The cars are not visible from the townhome since the dunes provide good distance. This may be a plus for someone with mobility issues to drive directly on the beach, I would be very careful with little kids. We were able to walk a short distance to the right on the beach and get away from the cars. The kitchen was well stocked and we cooked several meals during our stay. We recommend you bring your own beach chairs since the current ones are rusted and very low to the ground. We loved our week in Amelia Island and enjoyed Timotis, Salty Pelican and the Fudge Place downtown for amazing ice cream. Definitely check out Boneyard beach too. Definitely worth staying here in the beautiful townhome.

Our family stayed at Sea La Vie for our family beach vacation and had a great time. The house is clean and set up very well for families. The location is great and our son loved playing in the ocean but still having the option of swimming in the pool on the rough sea days. We would definitely recommend and will look to book more family vacations at the property.

Nice beach location. Property had good and not so good. Beds were so creaky every time you moved. We slept terrible. We are not big people at all but every move they creaked. Bring your own beach chairs. The ones at property are rusted and dirty. The screens inside bedroom upstairs were filthy with dust. They were Jo room darkening curtains in upstairs king bedroom The kitchen was well stocked. The living room was comfortable. We would have preferred to have curtains for evening.

The home is gorgeous right on the beach and great interior design. Everything was clean, the kitchens and bathrooms are updated. My only issue was the beach chairs provided were completely rusted and old, basically unusable. There was also no beach umbrella available to use, this was all a little disappointing. We also could not find any beach towels anywhere and they ended up being in the dryer.

We enjoyed our stay in this cozy and well-appointed condo. The interior was fresh and updated just as the photos show. The beach was right out the back door which we loved. The charming downtown area of Fernandina Beach was a convenient 10 minute drive away. There was a nice jogging/walking path just south of the property. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Enjoyed this townhouse.Central location on island so easy to get everywhere. Kitchen very well stocked and has supplies for laundry and washing up which is appreciated . Comfy beds. Views wonderful. TVs with good options for those rainy days.Layout is okay, but you are doing stairs alot. No bathroom on living area, but up a flight of stairs Wouldhave liked curtains in living room for night time privacy from anyone walking by, but it's not a busy complex.

Loved the easy access to beach. We were greeted every morning off the deck with the resident turtles. Ample seating for everyone. Kitchen well stocked. Everything felt fresh and modern. Would suggest a bigger mirror for the top floor bedroom, otherwise we really enjoyed.

Property was awesome. Nice updated and clean. Really enjoyed staying there. Just a really nice pretty place right on the beach.
