Oceanfront Topsail Reef condo with AC & WiFi - beach access & tennis

It was perfect for my family beautiful place. Family had a great time except the sand bags make it difficult to get to beach

Great view! Property was as expected. Did find black mold in the living room. Host was great to work with when we couldnt get into our room. Laundry area was super clean and easy to use/access.

Very nice but needs some TLC. Caulking and painting for sure. Some things need replaced like porch chairs (one was broke), broken drawer in dresser. Definitely need a new mattrice for the bed.

We liked being able to enter the unit with a pre-programmed code, and really not having to interact with anyone. Parking was plentiful when we visited. We appreciated the sheets, towels, TP and paper towels etc provided. The A/C worked well. The unit couldn't have been closer to the ocean! However, we struggled with the mildew smell in the unit.

The condo is in major need of updating. Not enough seating, no dining table, and it was not disclosed that the beach is difficult to get to unless its low tide because of the sandbags surrounding the complex.

The condo was serviceable but was a long shot from comfortable. It needs major renovations. Luckily there were only 2 of us, because if there were anymore there would not have been enough seating to be comfortable. There is no dining table or any table to eat off of, the dresser in the bedroom is broken, the patio furniture is also broken. We originally thought the ceiling fan was dirty, but the blades are actually delaminating. The kitchen is not well equipped, everything needs to be refreshed to look clean. The sliding glass door does not lock, just a bar is provided, there is not even a broom to sweep sand that has been tracked in. The last major thing is that it is not listed in the description or told at the booking that there is very limited access to the beach because of the sandbags at all of the stairs and the tide coming up to the sandbags. This should have been disclosed.

Our stay was amazing and would love to book again at this location

Overall very pleased with the property. The views and beach access were amazing. Our code didn’t work to get into the door so I had to call to get code for the key. We had a great vacation, my little boy (6) loved it there for his first beach trip. We will definitely be returning.
