Oceanfront! Topsail Dunes Beachfront Condo with Pool and Balcony

Awesome little condo exactly as described. Steps to the beach and a few more steps to the pool. Clean, quiet, comfortable and well-furnished with everything you could need (even coffee!). Didn’t mind making the drive down to Surf City and Topsail for restaurants and shopping. Loved the little balcony and not having to keep up with a key! I was surprised by how lit everything in the area was with it being a big turtle beach. Thankfully this complex was nice and dark! Thank you!

Our Stay was great. It was a great family oriented place. Peaceful and calm. Beaches were great with alot of shells.

We had an absolutely wonderful time and Rebecca’s place was exactly what our little family needed. It was a perfect location, perfect walk to the beach, great little community. We really are already working on our plans to return next year!

Check-in was a breeze. Rebecca is a wonderful host, easy to communicate with and available for any questions. Kitchen is well stocked. Summer time linen service convenient. love being ocean front, steps away from toes in the sand. Wonderful family memories made. Hope to stay again very soon.

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The condo was clean and well stocked. Beach chairs and toys in the deck box. Extra towels and linens in the closet. All the kitchen utensils to make us feel at home. The bathroom had plenty of extra toiletries. The location was perfect. Literally steps from the beach. We loved the view from the balcony. The pool was a nice size and our family loved that there was a deep end! Rebecca was a delightful host. Quick communication! We had some weather the day we arrived and she was quick to share safety tips for our family. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone! North Topsail is a very relaxed and family friendly beach. It was not overcrowded and our family had the best time!

Stayed for a week and had no issues whatsoever. It was clean when we arrived and had detailed easy instructions and helpful information in book on the counter. Easy access to the beach and pool. Would recommend for anyone wanting a relaxing trip to the beach where it’s not super crowded.

Our family of four made our way to Topsail for the first time. It was two adults, a 3, and 4 year old. The host was so helpful and easy to work with. She check in with us our first day and we did not need her again. Everything we needed was there for us and easy to access. The access to the beach was excellent and the beach was easy to travel to and from with the kids. There was a hose to rinse off and the stairs were not too much!!

This was the perfect place to stay! It had everything we needed. It was close to the beach and convenient to visit our family in Sneads Ferry.

This unit was in a great location! It was stocked with everything you could need both in the kitchen and the living space. It was super clean and just steps from the beach. This unit is great for a couple and small child. Our teen is about to outgrow those hallway bunks. Highly recommend!

Clean and beautifully decorated condo. Linen service was very appreciated. It was perfect for our family of 3. Our 8 year old loved hanging out in the bunks with her toys and books. View of the ocean/beach from the balcony was great!

We loved staying at Rebecca's beach front condo. Rebecca was a wonderful host and was quick to respond to my questions. The space had absolutely everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well stocked (we cooked each night). The extra linens and beach towels were so appreciated! The view is beautiful and the balcony is shaded and perfect for relaxing on in the evenings. The distance to the beach is super short and we loved having the pool to play in each day. The area is quiet and not overly crowded, the beach itself is perfection, especially at low tide. We would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a laid back, family friend, beach vacation.

I visit Topsail yearly with my son. This year me and my bestie took a Momcation. The condo was wonderful, had everything we needed, and was in a great place. Even during high tide we were able to access the beach safely and enjoy time on the beach. My past stays further North on the island, the beach was not safely accessible during high tide. We enjoyed our stay, and the location. Rebecca was wonderful, reaching out to make sure everything was as expected. Hope to stay here for future beach vacations. Topsail Island never disappoints ?

Close to the beach. This was our first time at North topsail Beach. It was a great location if you want to be close to the sand. And also have a pool, which is very important to us. The property itself was very nice. The kitchen is the only area for improvement. I found a few dirty dishes in the cupboard and threw out a bunch of very expired food. I had to stop myself because I was on holiday today. It was not there to clean lol I would also suggest a room darkening curtain over the bedroom window. Besides those minor issues we had a great time.

My daughter and I stayed here and loved it. The location was great and just what we were looking for. Rebecca is a great host and quick response to any questions I had.
