Oceanfront! Topsail Dunes Beachfront Condo with Pool and Balcony

Upon arrival the condition was immaculate, everything was clean. Plenty of towels and bedding. easily accessible to the beach. Excellent communication with host. Overall a wonderful place to stay, would highly recommend.

The condo was perfect for the two of us. We enjoyed the ocean view and our time on the beautiful beach! Rebecca made iit easy to get in touch with her - replied promptly. Only drawback for us was no elevator- we are in our 60s and the stairs were hard on our old knees! :)

Awesome little condo exactly as described. Steps to the beach and a few more steps to the pool. Clean, quiet, comfortable and well-furnished with everything you could need (even coffee!). Didn’t mind making the drive down to Surf City and Topsail for restaurants and shopping. Loved the little balcony and not having to keep up with a key! I was surprised by how lit everything in the area was with it being a big turtle beach. Thankfully this complex was nice and dark! Thank you!

Beautiful ocean front property. Quick and easy access to the beach. Very quiet and peaceful condo complex. Highly recommend!

Our Stay was great. It was a great family oriented place. Peaceful and calm. Beaches were great with alot of shells.

We had an absolutely wonderful time and Rebecca’s place was exactly what our little family needed. It was a perfect location, perfect walk to the beach, great little community. We really are already working on our plans to return next year!

Check-in was a breeze. Rebecca is a wonderful host, easy to communicate with and available for any questions. Kitchen is well stocked. Summer time linen service convenient. love being ocean front, steps away from toes in the sand. Wonderful family memories made. Hope to stay again very soon.

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The condo was clean and well stocked. Beach chairs and toys in the deck box. Extra towels and linens in the closet. All the kitchen utensils to make us feel at home. The bathroom had plenty of extra toiletries. The location was perfect. Literally steps from the beach. We loved the view from the balcony. The pool was a nice size and our family loved that there was a deep end! Rebecca was a delightful host. Quick communication! We had some weather the day we arrived and she was quick to share safety tips for our family. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone! North Topsail is a very relaxed and family friendly beach. It was not overcrowded and our family had the best time!

Stayed for a week and had no issues whatsoever. It was clean when we arrived and had detailed easy instructions and helpful information in book on the counter. Easy access to the beach and pool. Would recommend for anyone wanting a relaxing trip to the beach where it’s not super crowded.

Our family of four made our way to Topsail for the first time. It was two adults, a 3, and 4 year old. The host was so helpful and easy to work with. She check in with us our first day and we did not need her again. Everything we needed was there for us and easy to access. The access to the beach was excellent and the beach was easy to travel to and from with the kids. There was a hose to rinse off and the stairs were not too much!!

This was the perfect place to stay! It had everything we needed. It was close to the beach and convenient to visit our family in Sneads Ferry.
