Oceanfront Top Floor Luxury Condo with AC - Wailua Bay View 312

Property is centrally located to many of the must do activities and sites. View from the balcony is awesome. Condo was comfortable and clean.

Absolutely phenomenal condo for 2 people. Very comfortable and super clean. All the provided amenities were exceptional, from all the condiments, kitchen prep stuff, beach and pool toys and chairs, even backpacks, hiking poles, and snorkel stuff. Super comfy bed and having an in unit washer and dryer was definitely a plus. Condo complex was well maintained and the pool area with grills was great. Local property manager/cleaner was super helpful and extremely nice. Location was great right off the beach and the deck was a great place to chill and watch the ocean. Could not imagine a better rental in Kauai and we loved our stay would definitely come back.

Incredible view! It had everything one needs for comfort. I liked how they had already had coffee, sugar, expanded paper products, ziplocks, etc. I liked hearing the ocean waves and the roosters, it’s the sound of Kauai. There does seem to be a lot of traffic on the corner where the condo is located. During our recent trip, during the Kona Low storm, we decided to leave a day early. The owners credited us back for the day we lost. We didn’t ask, nor did we expect it, they did it out of the kindness of their heart. Make sure to go to Passion Bakery just across the street for warm malasadas in the morning.

Listing was accurate. Pros: Safe, convenient, great location for exploring the entire island. Walkable to Coconut Marketplace and multiple restaurants. Condo was equipped with so many little amenities (spice cabinet completely stocked, tinfoil, baggies, etc.) so we were able to cook and prepare food/sandwiches. Plenty of towels. Cons: Furniture on lanai is worn and stained — not appealing to sit on. The mattress needs to be replaced, it is visibly worn on the sides where people sleep, so you always roll into the “hole”. The convenient location also means you hear road noise in the bedroom. The front load washing machine has that icky funk smell, so laundry comes out smelly. Bottom line…we enjoyed our week stay.

The location is simply awesome. It’s very conveniently located on the east shore so it makes it easy to plan to go either direction of the island. The unit itself is very well maintained and has many items that made our stay really comfortable. We never had to contact the host other than at check in and check out time since they had done such a meticulous job of including so many details. Overall the unit was really beautiful, clean and well kept and we would love to revisit again in future.

Pros: Great condo with more amenities than expected. Very well stocked with condiments, kitchen and bath accessories.Very effective air conditioning, double ice maker, coffee bar, blender, washer/dryer, water quality, flow rate and hot water worked great. Location was nice. Located near locals beach to the west and tourists beach to the right... a very short walk to Lava Lava, a highlight for drinks, happy hour, dining and beach front chilling. Pool and grills were wonderful.Bonus: owner communication was fast and considerate. Above and beyond with assisting with check in and out.This wouldn't be an honest review without the Cons: a beautiful pool, clean and well maintained however a bit small, located off parking lot, not beach side, and a bit rule oriented by one peculiar resident concerned with jumping in water. The beach access required a bit of walking off propery however the view from room was great. The last couple of nights, a bad septic smell at front of property. Unknown source. Bed was a bit soft for my liking. Building layout felt like a mouse maze as you make your way to/from: parking, stairs, pool, garbage drop.All in all, I recommend this condo and owners, I would stay here again if available.

Clean and very convenient condo, perfect for our week-long vacation. We enjoyed having the flexibility to go north or south for the day, depending on our mood and the water. Only 5 min from one of the best beaches- Lydgate Beach and an easy drive to others. Lots of amenities, such as snorkel gear and beach chairs, and a very well equipped kithn.

We loved how well staffed this condo was and how well everything was labeled. It is a remodeled unit- very nicely done. Sits right over the ocean. We watched sea turtles out there every morning. Loved that we could walk to shops and restaurants. The property manager was super friendly and hands on. Great place to stay!

This condo is in a perfect location

Great View, Spacious, Updated, Clean, very good a/c and everything and more was provided by the host. You only need to bring your personal items and food. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. Plenty of parking, but spaces are tight (our rental car was damaged by who we think works/cleans on the property).We very much enjoyed our stay.

Had great weather location is perfect.

The condo is located in the middle of Kauai so it’s easy to drive to the other parts of the island. You’re spending less time in traffic. Best of all, the condo is literally on the ocean so you hear the waves, see whales and watch surfers. We’ve stayed here many times and are never disappointed.

Unit 312 at Wailua Bay View was excellent. Well maintained and fully equipped. The beach is great fir walking and surfing but not so much for swimming. However Lydgate Beach park is less than five munutes away and is fantastic for everyone. Surrounded by facilities and easy driving to anywhere Anywhere’s on the Island .

We have stayed at Wailua bayview several times and love the location. The views from the Lanai are spectacular. This apartment was spotlessly clean and very well maintained . It is exceptionally well equipped, everything you could possibly need and more . Bed is very comfortable, and the bedroom is very quiet due to the new windows . The owners were very quick to respond , and provided lots of useful info if you haven’t visited Kauai before . Highly recommend and hope to stay again . We had a wonderful time , thank you .

A beautiful ocean front setting near lots of restaurants and shops as well. Overall a clean condo, but for the price of the stay plus fees, the cleaners should have done a better job with the somewhat out of site areas.
