Oceanfront Studio w/ Balcony, Pool, Tiki Bar & Stunning Sunrise Views!

This property was beautiful, safe, and an outstanding price for the location and beachfront it offers. It was easy to find and very comfortable!

My friend was less than smitten with house on the balcony, but I didn't care. A lot of places to look at the ocean view. I was so happy you could accommodate us at the last minute. Thanks for that.Lynne

While the room is nice, patio area, and view it's hard to get past the 2 large intake fans just below the room. EXTREMELY LOUD even with the door closed. Forget about listening to the ocean waves or even enjoying the outdoor balcony. You can't!! It's too loud!

The room was very very clean! Our host was also very accommodating! We arrived earlier than checkin and was able to drop our bags in the room before it was ready! The tiki bar had great food! The only downfall is the loud exhaust under the balcony. Its so beautiful but we couldnt enjoy it due to the noise.

Clean room; amazing view - closest unit to beach! Nice amenities in the room - make-up towels, toaster, coffeemaker, beach chair. in-room safe, first aid kit. Very responsive host. We walked everywhere and loved the location. Easy to get to shops, restaurants, water taxi. Fresh water cooler by the pool - bring a water bottle. Highly recommend

We absolutely loved the room, the hotel, beach and tiki bar. Very clean, and beds were comfortable.

We had a great girls’ trip and the hotel is beautiful! The Tiki bar was awesome! Great food and drinks! This unit was clean, cute and had everything we needed. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is due to something out of the owner’s control. There is a very loud HVAC machine close to this unit. We weren’t able to sit on the beautiful balcony and talk much. But we were ok going downstairs to one of the many sitting areas for coffee.

The pool was amazing The ocean was absolutely spectacular The host was incredible having everything there for us many fridge toasters you name it ironing board I am so great to have all these amenities and our fingertips I highly recommend if you're looking for the experience of Fort Lauderdale check this place out we can't stop raving about our stay here

Apartment is very comfortable and we thorough enjoyed it. The resort is looking dated and needs updating. The balcony is lovely but the noise from the buildings extraction fans puts you off staying there of which is a great shame

Listing did not indicate the balcony was directly above the blowers to the Tiki Bar kitchen, was very loud!! Some of the outlets in the room did not work, USB ports would be helpful and the AC difficult to regulate a comfortable temperature. Room was clean and stocked well.

Beautiful hotel, everything you need in one place. The balcony view is breathtaking, but blowers ruin the ambiance, you cannot hear the ocean. The refrigerator should be replaced, only keeps drinks at room temperature. Bring cooler to keep drinks cold. Beds are very comfortable. Great communication. 4**** because of the blowers under the balcony :(

Enjoyed our stay at Ocean Manor

The view is gorgeous. This is an older well maintained condo with nice restaurant and large tiki bar at the beach. Very hopping beach when we were there. It was the most affordable beach view we could find in the area- with the unfortunate caveat of huge chillers right below the balcony that leave it useless and very windy. The condo should get rid of those chillers! If view is what you’re after, this is the place. 15 per day valet was nice. Very nice common areas. Easy access to everything. Room a bit kitschy and could use better fridge and coffee but all sufficed.

the room sleeps 4 but you live out of your suitcase there is no place to put your clothes. 4 would be pushing it. there are 2 full size beds. no Kitchen. A condo I expect that. The describe kitchenette is just shelves with a small fridge. microwave and toaster. It's a small room and the bathroom is real small as well. Being there is no kitchen you are forced to eat out everyday. It's expensive. Beach chairs are very expensive as well. I wish she supplied them. There is one but you won't use it. You can't enjoy t outside on the deck. There are 2 very loud exhaust fans down below. I loved the place people are great. Tiki bar is fun, nice pool. nice beach. I'd prefer to pay for a real condo and be on the other side of the building. That would be the south side. This room is on the north side where the fans are located. You can even hear them on the beach. big minus.

Nice place, nice area, enjoyed stay

I've stayed at Ocean Manor before and love the vibe of the building and location. It's a great laid back place to beach, pool, eat, and drink. We chose this smaller room to keep to our budget, and because it had such a great looking balcony. We had four adults staying in the room and it was a squeeze but we made it work. The room was clean, correspondence from the host was very quick and timely, and we had no major issues. A couple of points though for someone interested in this room. The balcony is huge and has a great view of the sunrise, however there are large exhaust pipes that make constant noise located a few floors below. If you were looking to sit on the balcony and have quiet conversation, this is not the right choice for you. The AC was funny - hard to get the temp dialed in. There were instructions on the wall (which we appreciated), but it was finicky and either too warm or way too cold. Maybe we just couldn't get it right. Despite being a small unit the fridge/freezer/microwave are great to have, and there is a toaster and coffee maker/hot water kettle as well. If you stay - make sure to try the Italian restaurant on the main floor - the food is amazing (but pricey), and of course the Tiki Bar is great fun.

I really enjoyed the ample sunshine and sea breeze in this beachfront studio. The building is in a classic hotel with a couple of restaurants with ample friendly service. The beach access cannot be beat. Also, a pool is on property. Many restaurants are in walking distance. My visit was quiet and restful and exactly what I craved. If you need glitzy high end accommodations go someplace else. This place is about the view, rest, and tiki bar joy.

Great location, clean and beautiful view. Fan right below condo made it impossible to enjoy the balcony especially if you enjoy the sound of the ocean. But overall communication with property owner, ease of check-in and pool/restaurant proximity made it fully worth it.

Well the place could be a fantastic place but a cheap owner the hand soap was pretty much empty, no cutlery for the guest no plates or bowls we supplied.coffee was low quality i c could go on

The property was just as it was listed. My family enjoyed the beach, the pool, and the tiki bar. The staff are so friendly! The location was very convenient and an easy walk to shops and restaurants. We would love to stay again!

Nice property, right on the ocean, very clean, the tiki bar was great and had great food. The Italian restaurant with the piano bar was great. Great food and atmosphere.

We’ve stayed at Ocean Manor before because of the location and ease to beautiful beach and fun Tiki Bar. The room was as advertised. A family might be a little cramped but it was perfect for my husband and I. We loved the sunrise off the balcony. Great communication with owner.

Great location, perfect condo for two, enjoyed the tiki bar food and beverages, Italian restaurant awesome, view out the condo was amazing. Certain times of the day the condo hvac exhaust was loud if on the balcony, but we enjoyed times where it was off. Close to other great restaurants, highly recommend!

The place is great, very clean & cozy & has beautiful view. But due to AC unit exhaust sever floor below the unit, it’s very noisy.

My friend and I stayed here for a couple nights and we had the best time! The room was exactly as described. Extremely clean, comfortable beds and pillows. The best part was the stunning views of the beach and ocean. The tiki bar was perfect for cocktails and we also enjoyed the wonderful Italian restaurant on site. Would absolutely recommend and stay here again!

The room is nice, and the view is amazing. It is located in the middle of alot to do without much travel. About 20 minutes walk from lauderdale by the sea wich has alot of great resturants and shopping. 20 to thirty minute drive to Hollywood beach wich gives you a totally different beach experience. Loved it would stay again.

We stayed for a short 3 nights. The building; its dated and in need of TLC and repairs.As expected Valet parking was $18 a night. The condo was 100% as described. Ayelen was great to deal with and very receptive. Cons: Hotel is dated and in need of repairs. Even tho I read the reviews that mention the loud fans directly outside the balcony, I was still surprised on the level of these fans. The fans can be heard by the pool and even in the beach making hearing the sound of the sea impossible. With that said it did not runion the stay, just a huge negative. No food or drinks by the pool or on the beach. Even tho this was not enforced, still found it to be ridiculous.

Everything is just as pictured and described. The site has nearly everything and what is missing can be found in a short walk. The beach is wonderful from the balcony view and a short trip down the elevator. I’d visit again and again
