We loved our stay! Really nice decor, great kitchen, and a lovely balcony with a view of the ocean. Great just communication and easy check-in with the door code provided. We had a wonderful beach getaway!

The hosts were great at communicating, and the condo boasts an ocean view from the patio, complete with sturdy, stylish new furniture. It was well stocked with linens, towels, beach gear, beach towels, and plenty of paper products. The condo was spotless, as were the resort grounds. The pool area was peaceful and beautiful, with plenty of loungers to relax on.

Amenities were in good condition. We started badly however. We arrived at the venue at 9:00 pm. The front door lock was not working. We contacted the host and we had to wait 3 hours before she would procure a locksmith to allow us entry. Not going into the details, this host was not the best! Needless to say after a day of driving, this was not the best situation. To top it all, she did not even call to find out how we managed! Not impressed at all!

Amaizing view , very comfortable the apartment and very well-equipped.

My family have been staying at Spanish Trace since the early 1970s, and this visit was great as always. The unit is nicely updated, decorated and equipped. We prepared a large birthday dinner for family one evening, and found the kitchen very suitable to the task. The view from the balcony is also delightful. I would definitely recommend this unit and would visit again. The owner’s communication is also very good.

Great view and access to the beach. The property was clean and well kept. It provided everything we needed to have an enjoyable and relaxing experience. Kara was a great host. I would love to stay at this property next time I visit St Augustine.

The condo is cute and has everything you would need. The location is wonderful!!! You can see the ocean and listen to the waves from the balcony. The host is there to help with any problems.

Wonderful property inside and out. Exactly as described. The host was kind, easy to reach, and answered questions immediately. We had a few issues connecting to the Wi-Fi but it was resolved instantly. No need to bring any beach chairs, etc. as the condo is fully stocked.

Terrific condo! Updated, clean, and well-stocked. Having the bedrooms upstairs made it feel spacious. Having things like beach chairs, boogie boards, and beach towels was also a nice touch. The complex and pool area is quiet and nice. The beach wasn't overly crowded. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time at this rental! It’s super cute and steps from the beach. When we arrived, the code to get in didn’t work but within minutes of texting the host, the door was unlocked and he called to ensure we were able to get in. The place was well taken care of with plenty of towels/wash cloths, toilet paper and paper towels. Everything was very well stocked and they had plenty of beach towels and chairs to use. I loved having a sink in the master so I didn’t have to share the bathroom sink with the other guests. The directions were easy to follow and the hosts were very responsive! We would definitely stay here again!

It was nicely decorated and comfortable. However, there’s really only one couch and two chairs that weren’t very comfortable. The only other issue was the washer/dryer in one was very hard to get to dry. I ended up just taking the clothes out and putting them in a bag to wash when we got home. Besides that, it was a very nice stay. The weather cooperated and the view was so pretty.

Excellent!! Great place to stay especially with children. The condo was beautifully decorated. The host stayed in touch the whole trip. Check in is was a breeze. The condo has all of your necessities. Over all we loved it. If I could give it 10 stars definitely would. Plan to stay again next year.

I had an exceptional stay at this beautiful beachfront condo in St. Augustine! The ocean views from the balcony and bedroom were stunning, and the location—just steps from the pool and beach—was perfect. The hosts provided excellent communication, making the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway!

The unit is spectacular, pictures don't do it justice. Many items are provided; you'll want for nothing. The in unit washer/dryer is helpful. I still used the complex laundry for drying. Kara is prompt to reply to questions. We'll be back soon!

From check in to check out this was a magnificent experience! Even though there was one hiccup upon arrival, I still rated our stay 5 stars because the host was phenomenal to work with! They were extremely quick to respond and rectify the situation. Our kids fell in love with the beach and pool—we fell in love with the historical downtown vibe that St. Augustine provided. This was a memorable stay for us and we will definitely return!

Wonderful property in a great location, with responsive and welcoming hosts!

It was a great place to stay. The room was updated and was very clean. The only down side was there is not laundry in the unit you have to use the laundry room on the lower level. The beach was not crowded due to not many big buildings in that area which was very nice. You are close to grocery stores and shopping. And downtown is just a short drive away.

Very beautiful. We needed for nothing. Extremely quite complex, steps from the beach. Private balcony. Host went out of there way to accommodate us. Heated pool was amazing boogie boards were a plus!!!!

Had a great girls weekend at this beachy vibe condo right on the beach. Perfect location to get the feel and relaxation of a beach vacation, while also being a short drive to “town” and get to experience the history and beauty of St. Augustine. You won’t be disappointed staying here!

The condo was great for our family! The proximity to the beach was awesome, very convenient to just walk out onto the beach. We also enjoyed the view of the water and the pool from the balcony. I appreciated the gated parking lot as well. Thanks for having us!

We had a great stay. The unit had everything one would need to have a beach vacation. The beds were super comfy, and the owner was very responsive with answers to my questions. Everyone at the complex were very friendly & nice. I would recommend this home away from home & will hopefully be back ourselves. My only con was not having a vacuum because no matter how much you rinse off at the outdoor shower there is always some sand that makes its way back. And the lock can be a bit tricky but once you push in the door with your knee it locks and unlocks easier. Other than that, this place was awesome & we felt very comfortable. Loved the ceiling fans to circulate the air!

Perfect location to walk to the pool and beach, and also right on the road to enter the beach with a vehicle. Provided all the supplies we needed to have a great stay. Highly recommend.

THE BEST!! We couldn’t have made a better choice in our stay at Kara and Kevin’s condo. From check in to check out everything was amazing!! The condo is well equipped, clean and the hosts go above and beyond to make sure that guests feel at home. Location is convenient to everything. Winn-Dixie is an awesome store and was only minutes away! We loved sitting on the balcony to enjoy coffee and the serenity of seeing the ocean and feeling the healing it brings to the soul.We will definitely stay again when we return to St. Augustine. We enjoyed all the local activities and made sure we went to the Fountain of youth!’ We left feeling at least a day or two younger!! You won’t be disappointed’! Treat yourself!! Thanks Kara and Kevin for allowing us to enjoy your lovely home!!

My Daughter and I enjoyed our stay here. Loved the fact that amenities were provided such as towels, kitchen supplies etc. Fabulous when you are flying in and traveling light. Communication with host was quick and detailed. Highly recommend! Enjoyed Tybee! 178 steps to the top of the light house, worth it! Beaches , amazing, local coffee shops are fabulous!

This is a great space for couples or family visits. Ocean views and the sound of waves and super easy access to be on a beautiful beach. Well-equipped for beach and pool. Convenient location near things to do and places to eat. Easy to get into historic St. Augustine. Host is very responsive.

Our experience was great, we really enjoyed our stay. The property and beach is beautiful and peaceful. The condo is comfortable, nicely renovated, and very well equipped. Nice beach chairs, kitchen is stocked, even a baby gate for the stairs. Our kids enjoyed the board games and pickle ball. Location is good. The drive to downtown and most attractions was close enough, about 10-15 mins. It would have been more convenient to have washer/dryer, but it’s available on the property so not a big deal. Overall really loved our stay and would stay here again.

Great view

Great location. It was overlooking the pool and could sit on the balcony and watch the ocean. The condo was cute and beachy. It was also close to Publix and a short drive to downtown. The only negatives were the code to the condo was long. It’s a great thing my husband can easily remember numbers or I would have had to pull out my phone each time. The bed was also hard but it’s hard to please everyone. We would definitely look into staying there again.

The property was great. We had a toilet over flow the second day. We finally fixef it ourselves we used all of our beach towels to get the water up. Of course we had to wash and dry all of them. The manager did not reach out to us until late the next afternoo .

We had a great trip and loved all that available amenities at the resort and area!

This is our new favorite place, if you are wondering if they photoshopped the images in the listing I can assure you that they did not. The condo is beautiful, clean, and bright! The beach is incredible, and the water is cool, clear, and turquoise. Lots of crabs running around at night and little fish that you can catch with nets. We also saw a sea turtle swimming in the ocean! The property has it’s own little path down to the beach. The condo has wonderful views of the ocean and overlooks the pool that is in the center of the property. There is a beach access road that runs next to the property and you can use this to drive directly onto the beach. The condo is stocked with beach chairs, a beach umbrella (with sand anchor), beach towels, beach toys, and boogie boards. There is even stuff to play pickle ball with on the pickle ball courts which are on the property. It was about a 15-minute drive to historic downtown and about 10 minutes to the pier. There is a Publix and a Winn-Dixie within a mile of the property as well as a pizza joint that was pretty decent. We have a large group, and the condo had enough of everything, from utensils to hand towels, we didn’t run out of anything. The hosts had the place stocked well with extra linens too. The hosts were very outgoing and contacted us to make sure we were having fun and if we needed anything. You can really tell that they care about providing the best experience for their guests. We can't wait to come back!

We love St. Augustine and this rental was perfect. The location was very central to dining, grocery stores, and shopping and very family friendly. It was located only a short drive from downtown. The unit itself was very well maintained and updated. The kitchen had everything we needed and was well stocked with linens and towels. The master bed was very comfortable as well. The property was quiet and not over crowded at all. There were always plenty of chairs at the pool. The walk to the beach is short and convenient and very walkable. Parking was also easy and close to the unit. Even in peak summer, we never had an issue finding parking. The owner was very communicative and repsonded quickly to any messages. The only negative is the unit doesn't have a washer and dryer. There are laundry facilities located on site and not too far from the unit. I never had to wait for a washer or dryer and they were efficient machines. It would be helpful to have a laundry basket to aid in getting the laundry to and from. Again, this would absolutely not deter me from wanting to visit this property again. Everything was wonderful and I would absolutely recommend this property and hope to book again in the future!

We had an absolute blast on our trip! This condo is in a perfect location. We struggled pulling our wagon of stuff down to the beach on the narrow path but when I saw you could drive that was the way to go, no more wagon pulling! The condo is clean, the pool is big and very clean as well. If we ever come back to St.Augustine we will stay here again!!

Condo is very clean, well maintained, comfortable, and ideally located with patio views of both the large saltwater pool and the beach. The only thing it doesn’t have is a washer/dryer. We loved our stay here. What a great find!
