Easy walk to beach. Close enough to walk into town. Nice accommodations. Well stocked with kitchen ware. Easy access. Nice private deck.

No WiFi password provided. Cable was not working most of the time couldn’t see ocean due to sand dunes. Nothing like spending most of the day out and come back to no tv to unwind with. The room was nice and clean and little snacks were provided.

Very cute and cozy space with spacious rooms. We love how well equipped the apartment was. Had everything we needed including coffee. Sarah has clearly thought of everything! It’s also very conveniently located so we walked right out the door to the beach. Was a great spot for our family.

We went for a family beach weekend. There was enough space for our family of 6. The complex was very quiet even though it was full.

The condo was clean and easy to access, it was smaller than expected and the access to things were not as accessible as I would have expected.

Perfect place for me, my husband, and 2 toddlers. The first floor is GREAT for accessibility and avoiding carrying tons of things up the stairs. There is coin laundry on the first floor so bring quarters because there is not a machine for change. Would recommend this place to everyone!! Very comfy beds and SO clean. (And I’m very picky about that!) Thanks so much Sarah

This was my first solo trip with my 2 littles (and my dad) and the location was perfect for all the things we wanted to do. Plus the pool on property was ideal. The owner was so responsive and helpful, I will definitely stay here again!

Our family loved every aspect of our stay here! The property was extremely clean and comfortable, and the owner, Sarah, was such a pleasure to work with. We loved the easy access to the beach and the on site pool as well. This is definitely a place our family looks forward to coming back to again!

This was my children's first vacation to the ocean. From the moment we walked in, all 3 of my kids were floored at how nice this condo was. My oldest (9) loved all of the beachy decor, and loved the ease in access to both beach and the pool. My middle (7) loved the board games provided and my youngest (4) loved it all. My boyfriend and I were relieved and excited that this listing was exactly as posted. It was quaint, in a great location, and provided everything we needed. Our only downfall was the laundry room. Only 1 of 3 washers were in working order for the whole complex, and only 2/4 dryers worked. We knew it was at no fault to Sarah, but she went above and beyond to refund us the few dollars we lost trying to do laundry in said broken machines. With that being said, we managed to get our laundry done within reasonable time, and at no inconvenience to our overall trip. The beach access we had, was shared with public. But despite that, we never found the beach to be crowded, or even busy for that matter. 4 days, and always were able to walk right out and set up without ever being right next to anyone. The pool is a newly renovated salt-water pool. my kids LOVED it. Shallow end was 3ft, deep end at 8 ft. The pool was never crowded either. We did manage to sit out there with maybe 1-2 families at a time, but there was never a concern for space or privacy. 10/10 Recommend.

We loved this condo! It was right on the beach which made it easy to walk back and forth. I stayed with my two children and the location was so convenient. Condo unit was cute and clean. The pool was clean and all the neighbors in nearby units were so friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend for families with young children!
