It was good could use more kitchen utensils

My family of 4 had a very nice stay in this condo. The beds were comfortable, it was very clean when we arrived, and we had everything we needed. We enjoyed the location and the pool/beach access. Check in and out was very easy and the price was very reasonable.

This condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The view was great, and they had nice linens on the beds, as well as nice bodywash, shampoo and conditioner in both bathrooms. The in unit washer and dryer were wonderful, as well as the dishwasher. Our only issue was with the elevators. One did not work the whole time we were there, and unfortunately the other in our building went out one morning. I have bad knees and had to go down three flights. They did get that one fixed before I had to go back up. One of the pools was also closed. However, the condo itself was fantastic!

This was my third time staying at a Saint Regis property. I think four stars rating is fair. It’s a good place to stay… not over the top luxury but a nice decent place. Nice communication with owners.

As a family, we have visited Topsail for decades. This is honestly the first time we could say we had a rough stay. For starters, my father was put on hold for over 20 minutes when he was trying to get into the room as he arrived ahead of me. He had all of the pertinent information, but still was not provided adequate assistance. Some other issues included:- poor instructions as to how the front door lock works- handprints all over the sliding door upon arrival- continual presence of fruit flies from the time we entered through the entire rest of the week- lack of basic necessities for the kitchen/eating (no salt & pepper, no sharp pairing knife, no garbage bags, ONE dingy kitchen towel, no ice trays)- broken, unreliable or dirty items (barely working elevator, second bedroom closet doors broken, headboard on queen bed broken, TV remotes not working thus the TV did not work, no instructions as to how to work the TV, unreliable internet connection, hidden light switches, disgustingly soiled couch, wet piece of carpeting on deck, broken deck chairs, no bathmat in front of the sink in second bathroom, sheets didn't fit the beds)This stay didn't come close to meeting our expectations. This condo would have been adequate to keep a roof over our heads, food cold and provide a shower, but those are all things I could find at a Hampton Inn. We did not receive what we felt was promised in the VRBO listing and it would be great to actually receive even a partial refund.

We have been traveling to Topsail for decades and this was the first time we could say we were totally disappointed with our lodging. The biggest issues included: old, rickety elevator; fruit flies throughout the condo the entire week; disgustingly soiled couch; unreliable internet; remotes/TV didn't work; and lack of some basic kitchen necessities. If you're in a pinch and don't expect much, this would be a roof over your head, a bathroom/shower, and a fridge to keep food cold. But if you have higher expectations for where you stay for a family vacation, I'd keep looking.

Great location, refridgerator was not clean, no pan to fry an egg.

The amount of space is perfect for families and overall cleanliness was good. Just a lot of bumps and scrapes all over.Broken rod to the balcony , banged up doors and behind doors, stains on extra comforters in closet, etc

St. Regis was great but this unit was a disaster. Upon arrival it was not clean, it had not been cleaned and even one of the beds was not made. The toilet in the main bathroom had a leak and the kitchen sink had a leak which saturated the carpet in the dining room which not only was it dusgusting but it made the dining room unusable for the entirety of our trip. The kitchen was so ill equiped that we had to take a lot groceries home with us bc we couldnt cook them. Vacasa would not give me any type of refund considering the circumstances.

House was dirty upon arrival, curtain left on the floor where it had fallen, bed not made, counters filthy to the touch, sink filled with food residue. When I sent pictures to vacasa all thru could offer was an apology, very disappointing. Also the kitchen sink had a leak which saturated the dining room carpet. After several calls to vacasa the leak was fixed but the carpet was disgusting and made the whole unit stink, we were unable to use dining room for our trip. The toilet also had a leak. Dishwasher did not work, half the electrical outlets did not work, kitchen had only 1 very very old frying pan and one very old warped pot so cooking wasn't an option, we actually had to bring out groceries back home with us. St regis is great with tons of amenities but I do not reccomend this unit. I do not recommend vacasa either, during my back and forth on repairs they didn't even know where our unit was or what town we were in, insisting we were in the outer banks..

This property has many amenities, including restaurants, playground, pool and beach. The condo is well equipped with beautiful ocean views from the deck. The only downside was that there were no instructions on how to use the dishwasher, AC, TV, etc. That would be helpful to guests. Also, a list of local restaurants and attractions would have been an advantage. Thank God for Google.

Everything about this property was just what we needed. The condo was super clean. Beautiful view. Perfect location. We will definitely stay here again in the future. Booking with Vacasa was super easy!

Enjoyed being on the beach. Condo unit in general needs some cosmetic love and updating. No ice. Very small kitchen, and not well supplied.

Check in was a nightmare. Door combo would not work and we were locked out for an hour and a half before anyone assisted. Upon 2nd bath was taped off and was not fixed until friday. Living room furniture was uncomfortably and main bathroom was dated. entry wet

The view was incredible!

The view was great and the closeness of getting to the beach was great with having kids. We loved having an elevator to transport everything quickly. The location was wonderful and not crowded. It was the perfect place to go. Our only issue was the community wifi, it never worked.
