Welcome to Ketch 304, a fully updated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom 3rd-floor retreat where your private oceanfront balcony isn't just a feature, it's the whole vibe. The open living area sets the tone with comfortable seating, a large TV, and direct access to your private balcony — where your own chairs are waiting and the Atlantic is doing all the decorating. The fully equipped kitchen makes cooking in easy, and the dining table seats four when it's time to gather. A sofa bed in the living room gives you flexible sleeping space for up to 4 guests, and an in-unit washer and dryer means you can pack lighter and stay longer.

The king primary bedroom is your personal escape featuring a king bed with adjustable head, TV, and an ensuite bathroom. The guest bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed and its own TV, with a full bathroom just steps away. Every room has a TV, so whether you're together or scattered across the unit, everyone is comfortable.

Orders placed after this cutoff cannot be guaranteed for next-day delivery, and same-day delivery is not available.
