Oceanfront Retreat on Amelia Island

Perfect in all aspects——very well appointed, great view of ocean, well stocked…..would rent again.

Amelia South F4 is one of the nicest condos we have stayed at in Fernandina. The condo had been updated and furnishings were nice and clean. The king bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. The balcony has a great view of the beach and pool with two chairs and a loveseat with cushions. The agency answered all of out questions and checked on us during the week. Parking was easy. We would definitely recommend this condo and would love to stay there again.

We love the location of Amelia South and have stayed there before, but this was the first time renting unit F4 and it won’t be the last! The unit was clean, the beds were comfortable, and of course the ocean view was perfect. The kitchen is well stocked (would recommend a few more drinking glasses) and has everything you need. We were happy to see an abundance of beach and bathroom towels, extra blankets in the closet and a quiet, upgraded HVAC system. The decor is beachy and cozy.The unit comes with some kitchen soap and towels as well as hand soap for each sink. We found a few beach accessories—boogie boards and umbrellas — in the closet on the deck. Check in and out was so easy… Stay Better Vacations communicated by email and text and there was no stopping by a rental office for keys. Loved it! We’ll be back!

We entered the condo and heard the soft sound of lapping ocean waves. After walking to the deck and admiring the phenomenal view we noted how comfy the patio furniture was. All 3 beds were perfect and we all had the best nights sleep. The pool is easily accessible as well as the path to the beach. It takes about 5 minutes to walk from the front of the condo to the ocean water. We were pleasantly surprised at the size of the crowd at the beach. There was never a crowd and it was well kept and clean. The condo was easy to cool and we all remarked at the cleanliness of the adorable space. Lastly the sofa and sitting furniture was cozy and inviting and we felt right at home. Our favorite morning was when we sat and drank coffee on the patio and saw a family of dolphins. It was almost as if someone had planned the perfect morning experience for us. Thank you for allowing us to create memories that will last us until we book this adorable spot to visit again.

The outside condo is an older property. Amelia South F4 is so nice. It was exceptionally clean, quiet and had everything you would need for a relaxing vacation. Sitting on the balcony drinking coffee each morning was a highlight. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!
